GlobeMed Egypt launches the first Telehealth Consultation Service in Egypt



For the first time in Egypt, GlobeMed Egypt launches the Telehealth
Consultations services. As the safety of our insured members is at the top of
our priorities, members can now consult their doctor from the comfort of their
homes. We offer insured members accessible care anytime, anywhere. With our
telehealth consultations, members get convenient access to care through a list
of doctors ready to cater to their health needs.

Our new telehealth service employs a simple process where members can request a
consultation through Whatsapp, get confirmation within 24 hours and connect with
the doctor.  The service offers patients the opportunity to consult doctors from
a wide range of specialties including gastro-enterology, obstetrics and
gynecology, dermatology, cardiology, pediatrics and E.N.T.

The new service guarantees safe consultation without the need to visit the
doctor’s clinic, particularly during the covid-19 pandemic. It is part of
GlobeMed Egypt initiatives to assist patients during these challenging times.
