Our Graduate Trading Analyst programme provides you with a structured rotation
within trading. It ensures you gain a comprehensive understanding of all
business areas, helping to grow our next generation of trading talent.

Here’s what the process looks like:

 1. Send us your application: This includes sending in your CV but we won’t look
    at this until the final stages.
 2. Complete a few psychometric tests which have been specially designed to test
    your way of processing information, as well as your core skills - and
    whether these match those of our top traders – if you reach a baseline
    score, you’ll get an invite to:
 3. Join us at an Assessment Centre. This includes an introduction to our
    business and the Grad programme and ends with a Pit Trading game.
 4. If you’ve impressed at the centre, we’ll reach out to you for a phone
    interview and then a final interview with our Trading team.
