We're two brothers from Georgia acquiring great businesses from owners who wish to sell to a family with similar values, who want to keep existing teams in place and hold the business for the long term. Our goal is to acquire service-based businesses whose customers' lives are severely impacted without that service (a forcing function). We're looking for businesses with $500K - $1M in EBITDA/bottom line profits, that have a strong team and reputation in their community, and a history of stability and growth (with room to continue to grow). The business should be located in the Southeast (ideally in Georgia).
