When you lease with Aaron's, delivery and set up are free! Please contact your
local store for store-specific delivery guidelines designed to keep you and our
team members safe. Set-up does not include connection of gas or water, or
installation of AC units or video doorbells.
Service & Repair:  
If you have a service problem, Aaron’s will dispatch a repair technician at no
additional charge. Plus, a natural disaster waiver is included too, in order to
protect you in the event of fires or floods. When you pay out your lease, we
even provide you an additional 60-day limited extended warranty (N/A in NC or
WA). Some restrictions apply.

Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and
creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from
third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources;
however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we
regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with
less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit
card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks,
money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If
you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and
click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer
than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those
new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your
merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash
price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by
location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash
option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the
merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining
lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option
amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule
a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not
receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you
can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value
merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are
excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for

    i cannot emphasize that this lptol has exceed my expectations and the hard
    core 6 core processor a 4 ghz is mind boggling for a 17.3 inch laptop. its

Limit one Aaron’s lease agreement per customer within a 90 day period. Web based
services and content require high speed internet and separate third party paid
subscriptions. Leased merchandise will be moved without charge to new residence
within 15 miles of store where merchandise was leased. Some restrictions apply.



*"No Credit Needed" does not mean or imply that no inquiry will be made of
credit history or creditworthiness. It means that this is not a credit
transaction. Aaron's may check credit history and creditworthiness, but no
established credit history is necessary. Approval is not guaranteed.

schedules to local stores, and in some cases the shipping address. Delivery may
be delayed if Aaron's cannot confirm customer's information or cannot reach
customer to arrange delivery. Aaron's may exclude merchandise from Express

process at apply.aarons.com for a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase

§EZPay requires credit or debit card and Authorization Form for automatic

Authorization Form. If card payment is declined for any reason, customer must
make alternative payment arrangements for on-time payment. At participating

competitor in stock and available today comparing Aaron's total cost of lease
ownership to Local competitor's advertised total cost of lease ownership valid
on day you lease from Aaron's. Claims for $100 cash must be made on day of lease
and requires a copy of offering Local competitor's advertisement or price ticket
for such identical merchandise. Low Price Guarantee does not apply to website
prices, limited quantity sales, pricing errors, mail-in offers or rebates,
competitors' service prices, clearance, or out-of-stock and open box items.
"Local competitor" means specialty lease to own stores within a 25 mile radius
