The historical society has heard your scared cries in the dark and graciously arranged a fundraiser to support research into this rare astronomical phenomenon. Local businesses have risen to the occasion and most generously donated auction “items” to be bid on. This October, in what is widely regarded as the most romantic of months, the Historical Society has partnered with local businesses and Sun Relief volunteers to arrange a series of romantic blind date experiences - maybe you’ll meet your soulmate, or maybe you’ll never speak to them again - either way, it’s for a good cause, and sure to be one unforgettable night under the stars. One hundred percent of the proceeds will go to the Deadwater Sun Absence Relief Fund and towards bolstering the local solar research effort. heritage park 1 TOPICS / 9 REPLIES Midnight Sky BY: Donovan Mcquinn Our charming old town district where Deadwater was first settled.
