Business and Marketing Plans Under our supervision and guidelines, the hotel's
General Manager will plan an annual business and marketing for applications by
hotel owners.

OPERATIONAL AUDIT

Operational Audit Operational Audits are conducted periodically to focus on

In addition to our regular quality service audits, experienced quality assurance
professionals conduct an annual Quality Assurance Review. the property is
evaluated against a 1000-point inspection checklist that includes housekeeping,
maintenance, administration, human resources, repairs, and capital raising.

Our expertise in cost control and cost reporting in the mid-market hotel sector
will ensure effective hotel realization to get the maximum percentage of the GOP
on target.


REVENUE MANAGEMENT (REVPAR)

Our management team is dedicated to maximizing Revenue Per Available Room for
hotels. Regular meetings with hoteliers combined with training and sales support
are designed to focus on improving outcome management across all departments.
