2022 HALF YEAR RESULTS

On 4 August, Informa reported its results for the first half of 2022 and the
planned divestment of our Maritime Intelligence business.

This marks the completion of the GAP II Portfolio Focus programme, which has
generated c£2.5bn in value in total.
