This partnership has been a long time in the making and we could not be more

Magnum Venus Products equipment knowledge combined with LestaUSA’s Self-Learning
Painting & Finishing Robots automation expertise, will provide composites
manufacturers the peace of mind that they’re investing in their future with
proven solutions that have been specifically designed for their industry. 

Lesta robots are self-learning with no advanced programming required enabling
the operator to teach the robot directly in weightless mode that results in
precise control over every aspect of movement and gun operation. Operators can
fine-tune gun angles, trigger pulls, speed, and spray technique. Multiple
recipes can be recorded in real-time and saved for future use, ensuring
consistent and high-quality production.

Lesta robots implement several functions, such as:

• Automatic washing position after each cycle

• Glass fiber dispensing dosage

• Management of gelcoat and resin valves

LestaUSA has changed the way manufacturers approach robotics, streamlining the
integration process, and allowing manufacturers to start producing robotically
within a day of installation. 

These solutions come from the decades of satisfied European composites
manufacturers robotically spraying gel coat and fiberglass chopping from Lesta
and MVP Italia! The Lesta self-learning robot system is designed to be
user-friendly, with features like automatic controls for adjusting resin
off-ratio, making it accessible for operators on the production line to optimize
coating processes without extensive training or expertise.

Enhanced Coating Quality: By filtering compressed air to remove moisture and
impurities, the Nitrotherm unit ensures a consistent supply of nitrogen, an
inert gas that improves coating quality by reducing defects like drips and sags

Increased Transfer Efficiency: The unit allows for decreased spraying pressures,
leading to better atomization of coatings and reduced overspray. This results in
higher transfer efficiency, meaning more of the coating material reaches the
intended surface.

Cost Savings: The improved transfer efficiency and reduced material waste
translate into cost savings for manufacturers as they use less coating material
to achieve the desired finish.

Improved Uniformity: The nitrogen gas provided by the Nitrotherm unit helps in
achieving a more uniform film build, ensuring a consistent and high-quality
finish across the coated surface
