WAYS TO MAKE A PAYMENT

You can pay your rent in various ways: by direct debit through your bank, or
online by either logging into your My Home account, through the AllPay App or by
visiting the payment page on our website.

You can also make payments by phone, cheque/postal order or AllPay Payment Card
at a PayPoint outlet.

APPLYING FOR A HOME

You can apply by completing a Housing Application Form.

We are happy to help you with your housing options if you are unsure. Please
contact Customer Services on 01382 903545 for assistance with completion of an
application or advice on letting our homes. You can email us with any queries on
customerservice@abertayha.co.uk.

HOW TO REPORT A REPAIR

The repair, maintenance and upkeep of your home is one of the most important
services we provide.

To achieve an excellent level of service we always aim to:
· Give honest, useful advice & support when you contact us
· Get repairs completed right first time
· Carry out repairs at a time convenient to you
· Make safe emergency repairs within 7 hours

Locations page is a map showing letting areas in Dundee.

You can click on an area to see the streets in that area where Abertay owns
houses. You will also be able to find out who is the Housing Officer for those
streets.

ABOUT AHA

Abertay aims to enhance the quality of life in our communities.

Our purpose is to provide social housing to people in housing need. In addition,
we are involved in various wider role activities.

We have around 1,850 houses in Dundee and surrounding areas, including around
238 retirement housing properties which are situated at six complexes across the
city. We provide a factoring service for over 2,000 properties purchased from
Abertay or its predecessors.
