   Great service for homeowners! If you have a ton of cash ready for any home
   system that may fail at any moment then you are good. If you are like the
   other 90% of homeowners who don't, then do yourself a favor and protect your
   investment with an AHS home warranty. Seriously, a new HVAC in California
   costs over $4K. I paid $100. A new stove last year was $400, but I paid $75.
