CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - MEMBERSHIP AT AUTO CLUB ENTERPRISES




PAY: $22/HOUR TO START

• Type: Full-Time, In-Person, Membership Call Center



• Schedule: Training 9:00 am to 6:00 pm M-F; Regular 10:00 am to 7:00 pm,
working every other Saturday

• Summary: Auto Club Enterprises is seeking motivated Customer Service
Representatives to join our leading Membership Call Center. Ideal candidates
possess a magnetic personality and enjoy making small talk while providing
exceptional service. This role involves assisting customers with membership
inquiries and DMV registration fees.



• Requirements: Prior customer service experience, excellent communication
skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in
computer navigation, and a flexible attitude. High school diploma or equivalent
required. Candidates must live within 30 miles of training location and pass a
background check and drug test.
