High Octane Training + Therapy is a registered health clinic and personal
training centre that focuses on recovery and performance for the general public.
We have a full in house therapy clinic with Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy,
Athletic Therapy, as well as personal training and access to a fully equipped
gym facility. 

We value power of movement, personal fitness goals, and the strength of our
community.

you results – that involves limiting your distractions and providing a safe
environment. If you’re looking for a quiet place to have an uninterrupted
workout, or you want to ask for a professional opinion – we are here to help.
