Petitions for recanvassing must be received by November 21st at 4:00 p.m., and costs may be associated. Recanvassing, if necessary, will occur in Room 112 of the Erie County Courthouse on November 21 and 22, 2023. On November 27, 2023, the Board of Elections will meet to certify the results of the November 7th Municipal Election, and a public notice of the meeting will be made available. Public Notice: The casting of lots for candidates receiving tie votes will occur Tuesday, November 21st at 10:0 a.m. at the Erie County Courthouse, 140 W. 6th Street room 114A.
