Boswellia serrata is a plant native to much of India and Pakistan that produces
an aromatic substance known as frankincense, which has been used for thousands
of years in Ayurvedic medicine to treat various disorders related to
inflammation.[15]

Frankincense contains molecules known as boswellic acids, including one in
particular known as acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid (or AKBA), and research
shows they inhibit the production of several proteins that cause inflammation in
the body.[16]

This effect extends to the joints, which is why studies show that Boswellia
serrata reduces joint inflammation and pain, as well as inhibits an autoimmune
response that eats away at joint cartilage and eventually causes arthritis.[17]

The clinically effective dose of Boswellia serrata is between 100 and 200
milligrams, depending on its boswellic acid content.

GRAPE SEED EXTRACT (300 MILLIGRAMS PER SERVING)

Grape seed extract is a substance derived from the ground-up seeds of red wine
grapes that has long been used in European medicine.

It contains a powerful antioxidant known as procyanidin B2, which remains in the
body for much longer than other similar molecules and improves blood flow to the
joints.[18]

That's why research shows that grape seed extract helps protect joints from
damage caused by an autoimmune response that eats away at them, eventually
causing arthritis.[19][20]

Fortify will not contain and shellfish, but the warehouse will have shellfish in
other parts of the warehouse.

The shellfish will not be near our products or the lines they are run on, but
since the warehouse can have those ingredients in other sections, we have to
have the warning on there!

However, the warehouse does process selfish in other areas of the facility, so
we have to have that allergen warning on there even though our product won't

How do I use Fortify?

Take 3 capsules daily, with or without meals. For optimal results, take first
thing in the morning.

How much joint pain relief can I expect from taking Fortify?

It really depends on your circumstances.

Every week we hear from Fortify users that report dramatic reductions or even
the complete elimination of joint pain and discomfort.

We’ve even heard from people that have responded so well to Fortify that they no

I have healthy joints. Can I benefit from Fortify?

Yes.

Many joint supplements only contain ingredients that may or may not help people
with joint problems and will likely do nothing for people with healthy joints,
like glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM.

Fortify, on the other hand, contains ingredients scientifically proven to help
healthy joints stay healthy by reducing joint inflammation, protecting against
cartilage loss, and preserving joint function.

I have muscle pains. Can Fortify help me?

Yes.

Research shows that curcumin’s anti-inflammatory effects can reduce muscle pain

Why doesn’t Fortify have ingredients commonly found in other joint supplements
like glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM?

Unfortunately, these ingredients just aren’t very helpful.

For example, studies show that glucosamine can provide minor pain relief to
people with arthritis, but it’s unreliable in this mechanism. [1]

Research also shows that glucosamine can reduce the rate of collagen loss in our
joints, which is particularly relevant to people that run or participate in
other high-impact activities regularly, but these effects are relatively weak as
well. [2][3]

Chondroitin is often paired with glucosamine in joint supplements to treat the
symptoms of arthritis, but research casts doubt on its effectiveness. [4][5][6]

MSM is also commonly included with glucosamine (and/or chondroitin) to reduce
the symptoms of arthritis.

Studies suggest it has promise for this application but more rigorous research
is needed to make a conclusive determination. [7]

The reality is these three ingredients aren’t popular among joint supplements
because they’re extremely effective. They’re popular because they’re extremely
cheap.

Well, when we set out to create Fortify, we wanted to make the best possible

Fortify is kind of expensive. Why should I buy it over cheaper alternatives?

You can certainly find cheaper joint supplements, but what are you getting for
your money?

Go take a look at the supplement fact panels of our competitors and chances are
you’ll find several things:

1. They hide ingredient dosages behind “proprietary blends,” which means they
don’t want you to know what you’re buying.
2. High-quality ingredients are included in small (and sometimes miniscule)
dosages that are far below the clinically effective level.

There are ingredients with little or no scientific evidence proving their
effectiveness.

How do I know you’re not selling bottles of fillers like other supplement
companies have been caught doing?

two situations.

The first is if the patented form does have benefits over a generic form. This
is the case with Meriva in Fortify, for example. Meriva is a patented form of
curcumin that enhances absorption, and allows us to leave out black pepper
extract, which can affect the metabolism of other drugs.

The second case is if most studies showing benefits of a particular ingredient
use the patented form. For example, we use the KSM-66 form of ashwagandha in
Triumph because that’s the form used in studies[1] on athletic and anxious
people. KSM-66 is standardized to 5% withanolides, the bioactive compound in
ashwagandha that produces most of its benefits.

If we used a generic form of ashwagandha, we wouldn’t be able to guarantee that
it contains at least 5% withanolides. In other words, using the patented form is
a way to help ensure our product will offer the same benefits seen in studies.

What does the Prop65 warning on the label mean?

You don’t need to be worried! The product is perfectly safe. :)

That label is there because of California's Proposition 65 requirements. This is
a law that requires products to have a warning label if they contain any of 900
chemicals (even in trace amounts).

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA) already set safe levels for these chemicals, but Prop 65 goes beyond those
requirements.

For example, their requirements for lead (0.5 PPM) are FAR below federal
standards (10 PPM). In fact, many foods have higher natural lead content than
