on the outside of the bag, giving you access to your phone while charging. The
battery is not included, but the pocket fits nearly every portable battery on
the market. We even updated the design so you can remove the battery without
unzipping the entire bag. Other good news: the interior compression strap
features built-in packing cubes with wet/dry pockets, keeping you organized
while compressing your stuff. We also included a removable laundry bag for your

LIGHT AND HOLDS SO MUCH- CAN EASILY WIPE DOWN TOO!
I always over pack- I like options. This bag helped me organize everything
(w/packing cubes). Here is what I was able to fit in the bag: Toiletries, 3
pairs of shoes, baseball cap, mini fan, sound machine, selfie stick, power
pack, jewelry case, 2 pairs of jeans, 2 tops. In packing cubes (2): jean
skirt, 2 prs of shorts, 2 blouses, 2 tanks, 4 t-shirts, 3 piece pj set &
last bag was all undergarments. This was a 4 day trip AND, I DID NOT HAVE TO
USE THE 2nd ZIPPER TO EXTEND THE WIDTH!!! This is my new go to carryon. RED
is vibrant got a couple of compliments on it.

DO NOT BUY.
Worse wheels. Gets stuck on basic carpeting at the airport, in hotels, in my
home, anywhere that has carpeting, it will get stuck. You'll end up dragging
it like I did through LAX. Love the design, its a GORGEOUS bag, its compact,
the handle works perfectly, it extends to various heights, and if the wheels
didnt get caught on everything, it would be the perfect. Ill also add, that
the packing cubes recommended do not actually fit properly, seems like the
wheels which are attached from the inside take up room in the corners of the
suitcase so you're going to have to shove the cubes into the corners and
short side of the suitcase to make them fit.

LOTS OF SPACE IN SUCH A SMALL BAG.
Needed a lightweight spinner for our upcoming trip to Ireland and Iceland.
We have a large spinner and two rollaboards. I do not like the rollaboards
as they are not easy to maneuver like the spinner. Purchased the Fortis Pro
and have used for a couple of short trips. Was amazed at how much I could
pack into such a small space. Using it for a week-long trip soon, and then
the longer trip to Europe.My only concern is how fragile it seems when
expanded. The expansion fabric looks very flimsy...easy for someone to slash
open. And the zippers do not operate smoothly. But overall i am really
enjoying it!

THE LITTLE BIG CARRYON
I took it on a trip this week and it was great! I used it in place of a
backpack and was able to pack more (one day of dress clothes plus materials
to deliver a two-day leadership course) in case my checked luggage didn't
make it. Upon my return trip, I sat in the second row of Southwest's 737-800
series jet and it fit in the overhead bin perfectly. The first 3 rows have
smaller overheads than the remaining bins. Many passengers couldn't fit
their carryon in the first 2 overheads as their bags were about 2" longer.
This is very compact, yet spacious. I also used the phone charger feature
which is very convenient. I highly recommend this bag: convenient, great
style, lots of room.

GREAT AT FIRST. . .
I loved my bag fir the first two trips but on the last trip the lock
wouldn’t open. I knew the combination but the mechanism wasn’t working. I
tried going through a live chat to fix it but when nothing worked they said
I’d just have to scroll through every combination from 000-999 until it
unlocked. Pretty ridiculous. I couldn’t wait to take it to an authorized
dealer and ended up cutting the zipper to open it -and then shop for a new
bag. It won’t be an ebag. I understand that products malfunction but there’s
got to be a better way. I even watched lock picking videos but nothing
worked. Too bad because I really like the bag

YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS BAG.
I travel about a 200,000 air miles a year and always check my bags. Over the
years I have owned many suitcases. Most notably I've bought Tumi cases and
they've all performed well and lasted long. Recently, I purchased my first
eBags suitcase and loved it (at a fraction of the price of a Tumi). After 4
years of circumnavigating the globe, the handle on my suitcase finally
broke. I purchased this one to replace it. It has a better design with ribs
on the shell to add strength and support and the storage area is better
organized. So far, I'm a big fan.

11 DAYS IN 1 BAG!
I just returned from an 11 day trip to Scotland. This is what I packed: 3
long cardigans, 3 tops, 2 pairs of pants, 1 pair of shoes, 11 undies, 6 pair
of socks, 1 long sleeve cuddleduds shirt, 1 small umbrella, a compact
blowdryer, a hairbrush, cleanser, moisturizer , my makeup, toothbrush,
toothpaste, and shower gel. It ALL fit into this bag. BTW, Im a size 10-12,
not some teeny tiny thing with small clothes. I wore a different outfit
every day. I didnt even have to expand it.

OBSESSED. I was able to pack this carry-on for a 10 day international work
trip - the bag's organization is the best I've had. It was so nice being
able to charge my phone without having to hunt for a outlet at the airport
or find my adapter that was shoved in the bottom of my purse. I also really
enjoyed the dirty laundry bag that's included. I used it to keep my dirty,
smelly gym clothes separate from my other outfits during the trip!

While I have not used the bag extensively, it has performed beautifully
just perfectly on both carpet and other surfaces. No trouble with
tracking or wandering even when I was in the awkward situation of
trying to deal with 2 rolling bags. I think you’re safe with this one
and if you’re thinking of getting the blue one it’s just beautiful!

This bag is friggin awesome! It rolls smoothly on all surfaces. I
didn't even realize this was a problem until I rolled one of my
co-workers Samsonite bag and it almost tipped over. Tracking is
extremely good, I often push mine ahead unmanned to bump into my team's
bags as they are walking. It isn't perfect but I never miss.

No, there was no manual. Just a heads up. It is a lot smaller then it
states in the ad. A very small carry on. I am not happy with the size
at all. It is not even 22” if you count the wheels and the handle.

Thanks to the community support platform I figured out my problem! You
need to SLIDE the round knob to the right, not twist, push down, or
turn it. The directions were very misleading for me. Now I can keep
the case and carry on!

Hi Robert, it was kind of hard for me too until I read the instructions
several times. But, when you are looking at the top of the suitcase,
slide the button with the TSA number to the right and the locks pop up.
Then you can reset your code I believe. I have not used it in in a
couple of months but I do love this suitcase.

Normal sized packing yes. It generally fits long way in. Wheels are a
bit recessed so that helps.

There is a little card inside box zero out the locks press button that
has TSA to the left until you hear it click reset your code slide
button in toward locks
