the Parkway in the heart of PIGEON FORGE! This 2 story, 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom
rustic cabin is your ideal location for everything Pigeon Forge and the Great
Smoky Mountains have to offer. Far enough from town for peace and quiet, but
only minutes from all the family attractions of Pigeon Forge. Don't miss out,
BOOK YOUR STAY TODAY!

Located in a quiet cabin neighborhood, with paved streets throughout. You can
bask in the quiet mornings and beautiful sunsets, enjoy a cup of coffee while
making memories and taking in the views from the rocking chairs or porch swing
from this cabin's 2 spacious back decks. Cozy living room and dining area with
plenty of seating for the family, as well as a fireplace to cozy-up in front of
in the colder months.

PLEASE NOTE: Both bedrooms are located on the lower level, so the use of stairs
are required. One bathroom is on upper level and the second is on the lower
level.

Full access to entire cabin, with exception of 1 Cleaners closet upstairs and 1
Owners/Maintenance closet downstairs.

You will be provided a temporary personal door code with your check-in
instructions, at approximately 12:00 Noon on your check-in day. Your door code
will be active at 4:00pm on check-in day, and will remain active until 10:00am
on check-out day.

We are here for questions, comments or concerns during your stay. Standard
business hours are 9am-6pm Mon-Sat, closed on Sun. You can always leave a
voicemail, text or email after hours and someone will get back with you as soon
as possible.

the NEW HOT TUB IS NOW INSTALLED AND READY FOR GUESTS TO ENJOY! (Hot Tub is
drained, cleaned, refilled and sanitized after each guest checkout)**

There is currently construction in the neighborhood. It does not impede traffic
in/out of neighborhood but may have some light construction noise during the day
(not noticeable from inside the cabin).
