WELCOME TO THE ANACONDA CONTRACTING HUB!

We have designed our contracting process to be as simple as possible in order to
accelerate your journey to using Anaconda solutions and unleashing the power of
your data. Anaconda terms are balanced and specifically drafted to reflect our
offerings and business practices. We continuously benchmark against industry
standards and listen to our customers to provide the terms and protections that
are most meaningful to the marketplace. Our experts are available to answer
questions and facilitate the most efficient path to an agreement without
modifying our terms.


DEFINITIONS

All our MSA, TOS, EULA, policies, and other legal documents provided by or on
behalf of Anaconda unless otherwise defined in the applicable document are found
on our Legal Definitions Page located at:

MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

Our Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA”) is what you need, whether you are
buying Anaconda Cloud Offerings, On-Premises Products, Support Services, or
Professional Services. It’s a single set of terms that applies across all our
offerings so you contract with Anaconda just once!


OFFERING SPECIFIC TERMS

Some of our offerings have additional terms that supplement our General Terms.
The Offering Specific Terms are part of your agreement with Anaconda, and they
allow you to enjoy new and additional Anaconda products and services, without
having to sign a new agreement with Anaconda. Discover the specific details
relevant to the offering you purchase in our Offering Specific Terms.


TERMS OF SERVICE

Our Anaconda Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of our online and
cloud-based services.


END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Our Anaconda End User License Agreement ("EULA") govens your use of our
downloadable, on-premise products.


PRIVACY TERMS

Anaconda uses GDPR as its global standard for its data protection program. We
offer a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that complies with the requirements for a
data processor under GDPR and which relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses
for data transfers from the EEA/EU to the U.S. 

Our DPA is tailored to reflect how we offer our products and services and is
scaled to meet the needs of all customers. For this reason, we are unable to
modify our DPA.

ORGS - FOR COMMERCIAL BUSINESS AND LARGE (200+) ORGANIZATION USE

 * Legal entities, including companies and organizations with over 200 employees
   (both for-profit and nonprofit) requiring the product for general commercial
   use must have a Purchased Offering. A legal entity may use the Purchased
   Offering under a commercial license on any computer, operating system, and by
   any developer within a legal entity, provided that the total number of
   concurrent users never exceeds the number of subscriptions purchased by that
   legal entity.
 * QUALIFYING SUBSCRIPTIONS: Pro, Business, Enterprise, Embedded


INDIVIDUALS - FOR COMMERCIAL PERSONAL USE

 * For individual users that purchasing a personal subscription using their own
   funds, and accessing the Purchased Offerings for their own commercial use
   and/or for redistribution to third parties.
 * QUALIFYING SUBSCRIPTIONS: Starter, Pro, Business, Embedded
