                              for periodic vision care services, such as eye examinations, contact lenses, prescription lenses and frames. You also receive substantial savings if you use a provider within VSP’s network. Alternatively, you can receive
                              partial cash reimbursement of your expenses for these services if you use a provider outside the<br>network. To do so, send an itemized bill with a claim form to VSP after you incur the expense.<br><br><strong><span
                                  style="text-decoration: underline;">Spending/Savings Accounts:</span><br><br></strong>Flexible Spending Accounts:<br>Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) give you the opportunity to save money by paying for certain
                              covered expenses from your before tax pay. Essentially, you get to keep the federal taxes you’d otherwise be charged for these expenses. You also avoid paying FICA and, in most locations, state and local taxes on these
                              amounts, so the amount you save can be considerable. (Please note, however, your contributions are subject to state tax in New Jersey.)<br><br>There are two FSAs—one for covered health care expenses and one for the
                              expenses of providing dependent care (DCFSA)&nbsp; so you&nbsp; (and your spouse, if you’re married, or domestic partner) can go to work. <br><br>You can enroll in both, just one, or neither<br><br>Health Savings Account

                                life insurance coverage also includes accidental death and dismemberment insurance, which is equal to two times your annual base salary, up to $750,000*.<br><br><strong>Supplemental AD&amp;D Insurance:</strong><br>You
                                can also buy supplemental AD&amp;D insurance for you and your family members. Supplemental AD&amp;D benefits become payable if you die or suffer certain serious injuries in an accident. These benefits are paid in
                                addition to the basic AD&amp;D coverage.<br><br><strong>Short-Term Disability:</strong><br>Most absences for illness last one or two days, and they’re covered by your annual Paid Time Off (PTO) allowance. But if you’re

If you are an existing employee and have experienced a Qualifying Life Event,
such as, a marriage, birth, gain or loss of coverage, you may be eligible to
update your benefits.

YOUR HEALTH

You are eligible to enroll in the Plan if you are a regular full-time employee
who is scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week. Your eligible Dependents
may also participate in the Plan.

An eligible Dependent is:


 * Your Spouse or Domestic Partner
 * Your child who is under the age of 26, including a natural
 * child, stepchild, a legally adopted child, a child placed for
 * adoption or a child for whom you or your Spouse/Domestic
 * Partner are the legal guardian
 * An unmarried child age 26 or over who is or becomes
 * disabled and dependent upon you

You have choices for medical coverage in 2020 through UnitedHealthcare:

 * UHC Choice Plan–EPO
 * UHC Choice Plus Plan–POS
 * UHC Choice Plus–HDHP
 * Waive coverage

Dental Care
SG partners with Guardian to offer you dental coverage.

How the Plan Works:

 * First, for some types of services, you will need to pay a certain
 * amount out of your own pocket. This is your deductible.
 * Then, you pay co-insurance of either 20%, 40% or 50% of
 * the eligible expenses.


Vision Care

SG partners with VSP to offer you vision coverage.

How the Plan Works:

The plan provides coverage for periodic vision care services, such as eye
examinations, contact lenses, prescription lenses and frames. You also receive
substantial savings if you use a provider within VSP’s network. Alternatively,
you can receive partial cash reimbursement of your expenses for these services
if you use a provider outside the
network. To do so, send an itemized bill with a claim form to VSP after you
incur the expense.

Spending/Savings Accounts:

Flexible Spending Accounts:
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) give you the opportunity to save money by
paying for certain covered expenses from your before tax pay. Essentially, you
get to keep the federal taxes you’d otherwise be charged for these expenses. You
also avoid paying FICA and, in most locations, state and local taxes on these
amounts, so the amount you save can be considerable. (Please note, however, your
contributions are subject to state tax in New Jersey.)

There are two FSAs—one for covered health care expenses and one for the expenses
of providing dependent care (DCFSA)  so you  (and your spouse, if you’re
married, or domestic partner) can go to work.

You can enroll in both, just one, or neither

Health Savings Account (HSA)
If you are enrolled in the HDHP medical plan, you are eligible to open a Health
Savings Account (HSA) in addition to the Limited Purpose FSA. It’s a personal
bank account to help you save and pay for covered health care services and
qualified medical expenses. To be eligible you have to sign up for a
high-deductible health plan.




YOUR LIFE

Basic Life Insurance: 

All regular active, full-time employees and part-time employees scheduled to
work at least 20 hours per week receive basic life insurance coverage equal to
two times their annual base salary, up to a maximum of $750,000*. You do not
need to enroll for this.

Dependent Life Insurance:
You will receive life insurance coverage of $5,000 for your spouse and/or $1,000
for each dependent child over 14 days old. You must ensure your dependents are
entered into the BenefitSolver system for coverage to take effect

Supplemental Life Insurance
Your supplemental life insurance coverage is also a multiple of your annual base
salary. You can choose supplemental life insurance coverage of one, two, three,
four or five times this amount, rounded up to the nearest
$1,000, up to a maximum of $1.5 million*

Dependent Supplemental Life Insurance:
In addition to the basic dependent life insurance Societe Generale provides you,
MetLife offers you the opportunity to purchase supplemental life insurance for
your spouse and/or your dependent children. Spousal coverage ranges from $10,000
to $100,000 (in increments of $10,000).

Basic AD&D Insurance:
Your basic life insurance coverage also includes accidental death and
dismemberment insurance, which is equal to two times your annual base salary, up
to $750,000*.

Supplemental AD&D Insurance:
You can also buy supplemental AD&D insurance for you and your family members.
Supplemental AD&D benefits become payable if you die or suffer certain serious
injuries in an accident. These benefits are paid in addition to the basic AD&D
coverage.

Short-Term Disability:
Most absences for illness last one or two days, and they’re covered by your
annual Paid Time Off (PTO) allowance. But if you’re ill for a longer period,

SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE

Employee Charitable Gift Matching:
Societe Generale is committed to being a socially responsible employer of
choice. As such, in addition to offering employees an annual volunteer match day
and opportunities to participate in corporate-sponsored charitable events, SG
will match donations made by employees to eligible charitable organizations.
Societe Generale will match 100% of eligible donations from eligible employees
up to a maximum of $500 per calendar year per employee. Charitable gift matching
requests should be made via the Societe Generale gift matching tool. Donations
will be made and tracked via CyberGrants, a third party web-based charitable
giving platform.
To be eligible to participate, you must be an active US part or full time
employee working twenty or more hours per week and must have completed at least
six months of service prior to making the donation. Eligible charities must meet
criteria specified in the gift matching policy and must be in compliance with
the US Patriot Act.


YOUR WELLNESS

Primary Care:
Societe Generale partners with One Medical to offer a membership-based primary
care practice service to employees. One Medical offers faster, more convenient
and personalized primary care health services, as well as free telemedicine. SG
has paid the membership fees for all benefits eligible employees and all claims
will be billed
through the employee’s health insurer. Please see the materials about primary
care services and enrollment information located on the MyHR Portal.

Mental Health Coaching:
We have partnered with One Medical to offer a mental health coaching program.
The 1:1 Virtual Coaching Program provides employees with tools and personalized
support to reduce stress, anxiety, and/or depression. Coaching sessions are
conveniently conducted virtually with a certified One Medical Coach, who
provides accountability and guidance throughout the program.


NEW HIRES

As a new hire, you have 31 days from your date of hire to enroll in your
benefits, per IRS regulations. Please
note, any elections you make as a new hire are for the plan year. You can only
make changes to your
benefits mid-plan year if you have an IRS qualified life event, such as birth,
marriage, divorce, dependent
gains coverage, etc

Once the onboarding process is complete, you can register on this site starting
on your date of hire and then select the benefit options that are right for you.
The first time you log on, click the Register button on the Home page. Follow
the steps to register and create your User Name and Password.

Take the time to learn about your benefit options. Once you have logged on to
the website and are ready to enroll, you can learn more about your benefits:

- Use the MyChoice tool to:

 * Find the medical plans available to you based on your ZIP code.
 * Get all the details on your medical plan options, like out-of-network costs,
   deductibles, and more.
 * Model your expected medical plan use

Health Benefits

Medical (including prescription drug and mental health benefits), dental, and/or
vision coverage — Enroll yourself, your spouse/domestic partner, and/or your
eligible dependent(s).

Spending Accounts

 * Health Care Spending Account — Contribute up to $2700 for the year.
 * Health Savings Account (HSA) — You’ll receive a welcome email with
   instructions for how to open your HSA via Optum if you newly enroll in the
   UHC Choice Plus Plan (HDHP) plan and elect an HSA. You’ll also receive an HSA
   debit card from Optum mailed to your home. You must open and activate the
   Health Savings Account to receive your personal contributions and
   contributions.
 * Dependent Care Spending Account — Contribute up to $5,000 per year ($2,500 if
   married and not filing jointly).  There is a minimum contribution of $200.

Insurance Coverage

 * Basic Life — All regular full-time and part-time (scheduled to work at least
   20 hours per week) employees receive Company-paid Basic Life Insurance
   coverage of two times (2x) their annual salary at no cost .
   
 * Supplemental Life — Elect coverage, if you choose, and designate your
   beneficiary(ies). MetLife will then send you an Evidence of Insurability
   (EOI) Form, which you must complete and send to MetLife for approval. (Please
   note that your coverage will not increase until the EOI form is approved by
   the insurance company.) Your supplemental life insurance coverage may be
   portable if you leave Societe Generale. Information on rates and procedures
   is available from the insurance company if you leave Societe Generale.

 * Dependent Life — Enroll your spouse/domestic partner and any eligible
   dependent(s), if you choose.

Disability Coverage — We provide Company-paid Short-Term Disability (STD) (the
benefit pays 100% of your pay for the first six weeks, 60% of your pay for up to
26 weeks) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage takes effect after 180 days of
continuous disability (the benefit pays the equivalent of 60% of your monthly
base salary, up to $12,500 per month) at no cost. 

Hyatt® Legal Plan — You and all of your covered family members may use this
program if you enroll.

Commuter Benefits — Commuter benefits give you the opportunity to save money by
paying for commuter and parking expenses from your before tax pay, saving an
average of 30-40%. You can change your commuter elections throughout the year,
subject to administrative deadlines, on www.sgusbenefits.com.

Maximum pre-tax contributions for commuting costs:
     Transit: $270
     Parking: $270


Savings Plan

 * You can make 401(k) Pretax and Roth contributions, of any whole percentage of
   your annual compensation subject to certain limits. For 2020 you may
   contribute up to $19,500. If you are turning 50 or older in 2020, you may
   contribute an additional $6,500.
 * Eligible employees are automatically enrolled to the 401(K) Plan under our
   "auto-enroll" feature at a 3% contribution rate. You may ‘opt-out’ or change
   your contribution at any time by either calling Empower Retirement or
   visiting the website
 * The 401(k) Plan offers various investment funds which provide a range of
   investment opportunities. The funds invest in different finanacial markets
   and instruments which means, they vary in their risk/return profiles.
