WINDOWS KEY SHORT MENU

If you have more than one screen, you can hit the key combo more than once to
move a window from one screen to another and you can snap a different window to
each monitor edge, allowing you to have eight snapped windows on two displays
(or twelve on a three-display setup). If you want your application to take up a
quarter of the screen, hit Windows + Up Arrow or Windows + Down Arrow after you
snap it to the left or right and it will move into the corner.

Hit Windows + Left Arrow to snap a window to the left side of the screen or
Windows + Right Arrow to snap it to the right. To perform this snap feature with
the mouse, you need to drag a window all the way to the left or right side of
the screen if you want it to take up half or into the corner if you want it to
take up a quarter of the space. Pressing spacebar on an item with a checkbox

keyboard. Up and down arrow keys will move through those menus. Combining the
Alt key and the underlined letter in those menu headings will open that menu.

headings like File, Edit, View, and so on. If there are multiple menu items that
begin with a particular letter, pressing that letter takes you to the first,

MEASUREMENTS ON A RULER

VAAS FAR CRY 6

In a new addition to the series, the game features several prototypes of special
weaponry, called "Resolver weapons", each offering a certain perk to the
player's loadout, for example a silent close-range nailgun or a sling-shot
projectile weapon which fires CDs.

Firearms can be customized using materials found throughout the world. Players
are able to use a wide array of conventional weapons (such as sidearms, assault
rifles, submachine guns, shotguns, light-machine guns, sniper rifles and grenade
launchers). Gameplay focuses on armed and close-quarters combat. The world is
divided into seven main regions with an array of terrain, ranging from urban
areas and dense jungles, to mountain ranges and open oceans. Players assume the
role of a local rebel named Dani Rojas, a former conscript in the military
turned into a guerrilla fighter, whose gender they can select at the start of
the game. Similar to the previous entries in the series, Far Cry 6 is a
first-person shooter game, set in an open world environment navigable on foot or
via various land, water, and air vehicles. In this gameplay screenshot the
player engages in combat with an enemy non-playable character. Several releases
of downloadable content were subsequently published, including three expansion
packs centered around antagonists from past Far Cry games.įar Cry 6 features
first-person shooter gameplay similar to the previous entries. It received a
generally favourable reception, with critics praising the small improvements
brought to the series' gameplay formula, but criticizing its story and lack of
innovation. The game was first teased by Esposito in July 2020, and officially
announced later that month, at the Ubisoft Forward online event.įar Cry 6 was
released worldwide for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia, Windows, Xbox One,
Xbox Series X/S, and Amazon Luna on October 7, 2021. The development team also
sought to bring back several elements from earlier Far Cry titles such as a
tropical setting and a fully voiced protagonist. The game was designed to be
'political', covering themes such as the rise of fascism in a nation, the costs
of imperialism, and the need for free-and-fair elections, in response to the
controversy generated by Far Cry 5.

The team studied several revolutions of recent history for the game's narrative,
primarily the Cuban Revolution of 1953–1959. It also features a cooperative
multiplayer mode.ĭevelopment of Far Cry 6 began around 2016 and was extensive.
The game features many elements found in role-playing games, such as a leveling
up system and side quests. Gameplay focuses on combat and exploration players
fight enemy soldiers and dangerous wildlife using a wide array of weapons and
gadgets. Players take on the role of guerilla fighter Dani Rojas (voiced by
either Nisa Gunduz or Sean Rey), attempting to topple Castillo and his regime.
The game is set on the fictional Caribbean island of Yara, ruled as a
dictatorship by "El Presidente" Antón Castillo (portrayed by Giancarlo Esposito)
who is raising his son Diego ( Anthony Gonzalez) to follow in his rule. It is
the sixth main installment in the Far Cry series and the successor to 2018's Far
Cry 5. You will absolutely know what you’re getting with Far Cry 6, for better
or worse, and that’s either going to sound like a dream right now, or a complete
turnoff.Far Cry 6 is a 2021 first-person shooter game developed by Ubisoft
Toronto and published by Ubisoft. We’ll be checking it out and reporting back so
stay tuned to Expansive for all the latest.Īs for Far Cry 6, here’s what we had
to say… Far Cry 6 is a stunning game, with great acting and a few nice new
touches, but ultimately you are playing a game that will feel incredibly
familiar to you right from the get-go. The content has been likened to a
roguelike and you will start with just a pistol to your name. Unveil the
backstory of this iconic villain as you explore unique locations in a twisted
version of the Rook Islands to collect keys and escape your own mind in this die
and retry gameplay experience. We still don’t know much about the content,
though Ubisoft have released the following batch of information.īecome the
villain as you step into the mind of Vaas Montenegro from Far Cry 3 and battle
your inner demons in a brand new DLC unlike any experience from Far Cry before.
Vaas, the antagonist of Far Cry 3, will be in the spotlight once again on
November 16 in Vaas: Insanity. The first batch of Far Cry 6 DLC is releasing
next week.

REC PLEX HOURS

To ensure our Aquatic Department is meeting and exceeding industry standards for
Facility operations and lifeguarding performance, the Park District participates
in the American Red Cross Examiner Program. And they’ve given our staff a
thumbs-up all the way!Īll of our Lifeguards and Pool Managers are American Red
Cross Lifeguard certified and carry additional certifications in First aid,
CPR-AED and Waterpark Lifeguarding. MRMA conducts an intensive program at our
sites with follow-up surprise audits to check on staff performances throughout
the season. Hours for The Lil RECers Zone: Monday-Friday : 7:00am 12:00pm and
5:00pm 8:00pm. In addition to our general Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
requirement, members of our RecPlex Pool Staff receive even more rigorous water
training and testing conducted by Metro Risk Management Agency. The maximum of
hours in The Lil RECers Zone for youth is 2 hours per day. Upon arrival,
swimmers must check-in at the front desk.5 open lap lanes and a 3 lap open
section for walking and water exercise.Programs and services include: Intramural

Rec-Plex Passholders can take advantage of our facilities, free aerobics classes
and discounts on many other fitness classes and recreational
programs.Additionally, all fitness and recreation equipment (e.g., treadmills,
spin bikes, weight equipment, etc.) from the Rec Center will be available at the
Rec Plex Plus and O’Donnell Hall locations.

Below are the Fitness Centre hours and current Holiday Hours. Lap swim is
available for adults (Ages 18+). Aquatic Center Hours Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs,
Open Swim 12:15pm - 6:00pm Friday and Saturday, Open Swim 12:15pm - 7:00pm
Closed Mondays Weekends Only. Importantly, the interim locations will be open
the same number of hours each day as have been available at the Rec Center and
Rec Plex. Hours of operation vary depending on the amenity you are interested
in.
