Why wouldn’t I hire an instructional designer?

Cost for an instructional designer working full-time could cost you anywhere
from 3000 € to 8000 € a month, not to mention additional benefits. Moreover,
there might not always be a steady flow of work for them, resulting in you
shouldering the cost of idle periods.
However, the monthly subscription model presents a solution. It allows you to
have control over when you engage and pay your developer based on the workload
you have for them. Monthly subscription can be paused and resumed whenever
necessary, ensuring you only spend money when there is work for the designer.

What about storyboards and scenarios for development?

At LearnLeap the course development process is flipped on it’s head. Instead of
losing time with storyboards and prototypes, which could take weeks, you get a
developed course in less than 3 days and then we can make all the neccessary
adjustmens in the revision phase.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many course requests to your queue as
you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

What do I need to send you to develop a course?

Content in a text format is a minimum that is needed to start the development
and we will handle the rest. However, if you need specific images, photos,
branding, colors, you need to provide more information and materials. All of
these can be addressed in the revision phase.

How fast will I receive a full course?

Each request is completed within 2-3 days, but never exceeding 72 hours from the
time you made the request. Please be aware that the maximum word count for a
full course is 8,000. Larger courses may require additional time.

You will receive a SCORM, xAPI or AICC package, whatever you prefer.

How fast will I receive a micro-elearning course?

Each request is completed within 1-2 days, but never exceeding 48 hours from the
time you made the request. Please be aware that the maximum word count for
micro-elearning course is 800. Larger courses may require extra time.

Is voiceover used?

A swift turnaround time, enabled by the use of Articulate Rise, means there
isn’t time to create voiceovers, which tend to be time-consuming. However, if
you have pre-existing videos or audio files, they can certainly be imported into
the course.

What tool are you using for development?

Working with Articulate Rise facilitates speed and efficiency in the course
development process. For any specific requirements related to custom Storyline

Is SCORM supported?

Yes, SCORM, AICC and xAPI are supported.
