verify forged Document
I was signed up to a loan contract I never actually signed. The finance company
are refusing to give me certain docs pertaining to the loan. On the loan
agreement they did send, it is docusigned. It has an envelope ID, but should
there be an IP address to track location or how can I prove it is a forged doc?

Hello, I have a Docusign production account, but we don't know how to activate e
seals, how can we contact an administrator to activate it? we have a pro
business account. We have access to support center but we don’t know if we need
to create a CLM.CM account to open a Case but i dont’t know if that is the

Signing kids and parents in one form
Hello everyone, I am currently checking whether we can use the product for our
table tennis club instead of paper forms. When children are registered, the
parents usually sign. However, in rare cases, the children may also need to
sign. Is it possible for the children to sign on the same form as the parents,
even if the children do not have their own email? And what about when a third
person, for example, needs to sign for the account holder in the case of a

I have a developer account which I use to test our Salesforce integration with.
I recently started getting the error message “The envelope allowance for the
account has been exceeded.” I was under the impression that developer/sandbox
accounts did not have such limit but apparently I was wrong. When does this
reset or is it possible to increase it?

help finding a docusigned document not under my emails
I am in litigation with a company and I have a pdf of a docusigned document that
I cannot locate in my account under the email address that I currently am able
to log in under and the other two emails do not have docusigned accounts that
they may of been under. I have the envelope number but I do not have this
document in my email that the other party has my email address too. I would feel
I would have a copy on my hard drive or in my email. I have neither and they
have locked me out of my accounts on both the financial side and the website for
the car dealership. is there a way to track down the document with the envelope

Drawin Signature
So I created a drawn signature in my profile and it shows up. However, when I
try to sign a document, it does not show up, only I guess what you would call
the generic signatures. Plus the info in even the standard available styles has
incorrect info - it has my first name then last name, but in between them has a
“pc”. Very confused as I’m a first time user.

Hi team, Over the last few days, when I download a signed envelope to my
computer, the pdf is automatically becoming password protected. I have no idea

purchased individual plans. When I (administrator) invites them to be part of
the corporate plan and they accept, will their documents and contacts be

Envelope message included on signature confirmation
How can I remove the original envelope message from the signature confirmation?
I am creating and sending an envelope with the Power Automate Demo DocuSign
connection, part of the envelope is the message seen below: “Hello --, Please
read and sign above document to proceed with your purchase”. This is sent
perfectly fine when asking for a signature, but when the signature confirmation
is sent saying that “All parties have completed...”, it also includes the
initial message which has no meaning at this point. I have tested this myself,
and I get the proper confirmation e-mail: But if I have somebody else test
signing an envelope with their account instead, they get the added message. This
is exactly the same step in the process for both of us. Any idea on how to make
sure that message is not included on the signature confirmation e-mail? Thank
you!

How to finalize an already signed agreement to render it fully executed
Hi there. I need to understand how I can finalize the appendices of an already
completed envelope. I am using docusign for a municipal loan program that has
two parts to it. All parties sign the two-disbursement/installment loan
agreement when we know what the initial disbursement it. however, once the total
approved amount of the loan is, I have to enter that information into two
appendices of the already signed agreement. I must complete the appendices
post-signing this for every agreement, in order to render the loan agreements
fully executed. How can I do this? MTIA.
