You can apply for the Summer Training & Employment Program for Students if you
meet the following eligibility requirements:

» You are between the ages of 16 and 21
» You are a student currently enrolled in School Year 2021 – 2022
   or for the Fall 2021 Semester
» You are covered by an updated IEP, 504 Plan or accommodations plan
   (or can provide other written proof of a disability)

As part of our Jobseeker services, we are now offering Live Call-in sessions to
discuss our Rapid Response program, as well as general EDD information, designed
to assist those that have recently been laid off or displaced due to COVID-19
and general business closures. You can register to join our live conference call

services on-line. Below are direct links to our WorkNet Orientation Video, along
with our
"Welcome to WorkNet" client service packet.



Please download the WorkNet Client Packet prior to filling out and submitting.
To do so, right-click on the link below and select "Download linked file as..."
Once the form is completed, save the file with your name attached and submit via
email to info@sjcworknet.org, and keep a copy for your records.



If you are unable to electronically fill out or print this packet, please call
us at (209) 468-3500 for assistance. You will be contacted within 24 hours to
complete the packet over the phone.
