Our story * EUROPEAN TIMBER WINDOWS AND DOORS (AKA PASSIVE HOUSE) - OUR REVIEW We had a terrible experience with European Timber Windows and Doors (aka Passive House). Issues with product quality, delivery times, windows leaking air and water, windows the wrong size and one the wrong style. They refused to return phone calls, emails and text messages. When we wrote a review and produced a YouTube clip, this is what they did: * European Timber Windows and Doors (aka Passive House) put porn links in the comments section of the YouTube Clips * Several months ago, there were no reviews, since we have put on our google reviews, they have been actively getting people to put up 5 star reviews to get their ratings back up * Removed comments on Instagram and blocked further comments * European Timber Windows and Doors (aka Passive House) refused to fix any of the faults until we had removed all our reviews and taken down the YouTube clips. The Australian Consumer and Competition Commission told us they weren't allowed to do this. * If you want to know more about our experience, please contact us. We would be happy to share.
