Cloud & Digital Director at PwC Polska, responsible for business development in
the area of cloud advisory and digital transformation for clients in Poland,
Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

He has more than 20 years of experience in the area of IT and ICT. Mainly
responsible for the implementation of cloud technologies (public, private and
hybrid) and innovative transformation projects where the cloud is a key catalyst
of business change.

He is a doctoral student at the Warsaw School of Economics majoring in
management sciences at the Collegium of Management and Finance. He is also The
Member of the Program Council and Advisor to the Board of Directors of Lem
Institute.

For over 20 years, Anna has been helping mid-size and large companies from
numerous industries to optimize their operations by providing them with the most
optimal IT solutions. Anna started her extensive knowledge of economics and
trade during her master’s studies at the University of Toronto in Canada. Over
the years, she strengthened her knowledge by gaining more professional
experience in the area of IT solutions and services – initially on an extremely
difficult and demanding Canadian market, and later also in Poland. Her main
professional goal is the success and satisfaction of every client. She is a true
professional and perfectionist in her profession. Privately, she is highly
energetic and a very positive person. She always spends her free time actively
with her family or doing sports such as rollerblading or snowboarding.

Since January 2018, Paweł Jakubik took a new role of Director of Digital
Transformation in Cloud, a member of the Leadership Team in the Polish Microsoft
subsidiary. Previously, within the Polish Microsoft, he ran the Enterprise
Services Department for 4 years. Together with the team, he was responsible for
advising, implementing and maintaining services for the largest clients in the
following sectors: public, banking and insurance, energy and industrial sectors
as well as industries such as sales, distribution and production. Previously he
ran the Department of Banking and Insurance at Microsoft Enterprise – a
department that dealt with the services of the largest Polish banks and
insurance companies.

He divides his over twenty years professional experience into two periods:
business and technology. During the first thirteen years of his professional
career, he organized and ran sales networks, training and marketing departments
in the financial sector. In Gerling Poland Life was the Sales Director. In
Zurich TUnŻ he was responsible for the corporate client segment. He was a member
of Inter Polska’s board of directors responsible for sales, marketing and
training.

After moving from business to IT in 2005-2009 he was Head of Sales and Marketing
at Software AG. During the merger with web Methods was responsible for the area
of business processes and middle ware.

responsible for their Cloud Platforms, CI and HCI solutions. Previously his
background was in pre-sales and professional services consultancy, working for
some large IT organisations as well as running his own company for many years.
Mackay has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry.
