   Mission Statement Shepwell Short Stay School recognises that each pupil is an
   individual; that all children are creative; that all children have the right
   to succeed. Therefore, Shepwell Short Stay School respects the individual
   needs of all pupils; fosters a thoughtful, caring and creative learning
   environment; and emphasises the social, emotional, physical, intellectual
   development of every pupil in our school.
   
   Welcome to The Shepwell School, providing education for young people in the
   Borough of Walsall who are unable to attend their mainstream schools because
   of medical, social and emotional needs.

   What's New
   Technology to support learning
   Stephen Pritchard-Jones, headteacher of Shepwell School said: "It is very
   exciting to be part of this innovation are for young people in Walsall to be
   piloting an approach that could benefit other young people with medical needs
   across the country."
   The project is to support the education of children suffering from long-term
   physical and mental illness through the introduction of AV1 robots, which
   would enable the children to virtually attend school, socialise with
   classmates and remain connected to their home schools and communities.
