DREW DUDLEY

SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER

Drew Dudley believes we routinely ignore a huge percentage of the leadership
that exists around us. He aims to remedy this by helping individuals and
organizations create “cultures of everyday leadership” through daily acts of
generosity. The former Director of one of the largest university leadership
development programs in Canada at the University of Toronto, Drew Dudley
nevertheless embraces the idea that “leadership cannot really be taught. It can
only be learned.”

He has spoken to over 250,000 people on 5 continents, been featured on The
Huffington Post, Radio America, Forbes .com, and TED .com, where his TED talk
was voted “one of the 15 most inspirational TED talks of all time” and has
been viewed millions of times around the web. TIME recently named the talk one
of their “seven speeches that will make you a better leader.” His work with some
of Canada’s largest schools, corporations and government agencies has led to
him being called “one of the most motivating and inspiring speakers on
leadership out there right now” (Dr. Brian Harrington, Oxford University).

TERRENCE DONAHUE

SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER

As Corporate Director of Learning at Emerson’s Charles F. Knight Learning
Center, Terrence Donahue leads a team of talented, passionate, and
high-performing professionals focused on the instructional components of
Leadership Development. At the same time, he and his team support Emerson’s
broader talent management initiatives. Terrence is a popular keynote speaker at
international conferences on the topics of leadership, learning
& development, and performance improvement. He has contributed to six books
over the last ten years. Over the last 25 years, he has personally trained over
41,000 people on five continents. He is the recent recipient of several
international awards for his work in Leadership Development, including the
prestigious Excellence in Practice Award from the Association for Talent
Development and the Learning in Practice Award from Chief Learning Officer.

The best leaders never operate intuitively — They are intentional in all they
do. They are keenly aware of what they are doing, why they are doing it, and
understand the impact that their what and why has on the dynamic of their
organization. Intentional Leadership is the process of consciously adapting
your leadership style to create a positive work climate that motivates your team
toward high performance. In this session, we will explore the research around
leadership intentionality and the most significant actions a leader can take
to move employees to engage in discretionary effort and high performance.

responsible for people, operations and infrastructure. Previously, she held
executive and operational leadership positions in technology and media
companies. She has served as an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship at
Carnegie Mellon University and as a member on the Board of Directors for
Pittsburgh Habitat for Humanity.

Raji earned a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy from VNIT India, Master’s degree

organization development field. She has successfully managed several large
projects and has a proven ability to create engaging learning experiences, lead
