BRAND STRATEGY REPORT

Thank you for selecting Element212 to create the brand strategy plan for your
company. We believe that great brands are built and maintained through a solid
understanding of who they are, why their customers choose them, and where their
opportunities lie.


PROJECT GOALS

Truck Service Inc. seeks to expand its strategic marketing efforts in 2024. With
the efforts of Element212, the following Customer Journey Blueprint unveils:
successes and gaps in the previous marketing efforts, strengths and pain points
within the Truck Service Inc. brand internally and externally, and ultimately
presents areas of opportunity to improve and expand the 2024 branding and
marketing strategies. The following project presentation is based on authentic
customer feedback, internal Truck Service Inc. feedback and feedback from your
branding and marketing partner, Element212. 

Defined Goals:

 * Align the Truck Service Inc. & TSI Truck Parts brands more cohesively.
 * Increase brand awareness efforts for other repair, service and maintenance
   offerings, outside of suspension, for the Truck Service Inc. brand. The
   ultimate purpose being to define Truck Service Inc. as a full truck and fleet
   repair, service and maintenance partner.
 * Create specific strategies that position the Truck Service Inc. team as
   dedicated partners in their relationship with their customer.


SUMMARY OF PROJECT

Element212 has developed the following comprehensive Customer Journey Blueprint
as the foundation of our branding and marketing strategies for 2024, based on
the evaluation of the Truck Service Inc. brand, audience, strengths, pain
points, service offerings, and more. Our goal is to allow this blueprint to be
the foundation for both the Element212 team and the Truck Service Inc. team to
build on; this with the same-minded goal to bring the TSI brand growth and
success in years to come.


SUPPORTING RESEARCH

Element212 facilitated a comprehensive Brandstorming Session in 2023 with the
TSI team, delving into crucial aspects of the brand such as: brand positioning,
strengths, differentiators, and goals. Following this, our team developed a
digital survey utilizing the Truck Service Inc. customer database, consisting of
3115 recipients. The email garnered 919 opens, with 58 individuals clicking on
the survey link. Subsequently, 32 respondents successfully completed the survey.

Additionally, the Element212 team utilized the Truck Service Inc. Brand Insights
research along with campaign analytics and current industry research to develop
this Customer Journey Blueprint.

The rich insights gleaned from this collective research has influenced our
strategic and creative trajectory for the upcoming 2024 marketing campaigns.
