WELCOME TO THE INDEPENDENCE COMMUNITIES



Independence is a private gated community of single family homes and townhomes.
Located within Independence are two communities Independence Cove as well as
Independence Point; in the western reaches of West Palm Beach next to Royal Palm
Beach.

Take Jog Road between Belvedere Road and Southern Boulevard to east of 62nd
Drive N. The gated entrance to this West Palm Beach real estate is just east of
Jog Road. Independence Homes is convenient to lots of great activities,
shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters. It's close to both I-95 and the
Turnpike. The Wellington Green Mall, South Florida Fairgrounds and famous Lion
Country Safari are all a short ride away.


TOWNHOUSES



Independence Cove offers beautiful two-story townhomes that were built in 2005
by Home Dynamics. Three different floorplans were built with living square
footage ranging from 1,338 up to 1,696. Within the gates of Independence Cove
sits 206 townhomes, most of which are situated on the beautiful lake located in
the center of the community.

INDEPENDENCE POINT: SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES

Independence Point is a fabulous gated single family home community located on
the east side of Jog Road just south of Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach
Florida. The Palm Beach International Airport and Florida Turnpike are minutes
away from Independence Point along with shopping, dining and entertainment. The
beautiful Florida beaches and Downtown City Place are also close by.

Home Dynamics built 260 single-family homes in Independence Point from 2005 to
2006. Five different floorplans were offered with living square footage ranging
from 1,530 up to 2,314. All of these single-family homes have an attached
two-car garage along with additional driveway parking. Independence Point is a
neighborhood of homes in Greenacres Florida offering an assortment of beautiful
