I bought a CTronics camera on Amazon, and it was great for about 15 months. All
of a sudden it died, and it was obviously too old for Amazon to help much, other
than to point me to CTronics Support. They (CTronics Support) have been
fantastic. They went through a few tests with me, and agreed the camera wes
"dead". The sent me a new one without requiring the faulty one to be returned,
and it arrived just over a week later. This is how customer service should be -
puts the customer first. Any piece of electronics can randomly fail, but what
matters is how a company handles the situation, and CTronics would definitely be
rated as GOLD - Good products and superb backup.

I love it! Excellent quality and an amazing night View. Also nothing to complain
about the after ales. I had a question regarding switching off the red and blue
alarm lights. The support was very quick with a response and the answer was spot

Excellente caméra de qualité vraiment supérieure . Facile d utilisation et après
avoir lu comme programmer les zones que l’on a envie elle est top. Zoom optique
énorme, qualité vidéo parfaite. J avais le modèle inférieur de la même marque et
j étais déçu de la réception wifi. J ai voulu passer au modèle au départ gamme
de la même marque et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu. La réception wifi est bien
supérieure et les qualité vidéo zoom et nocturne également. Je referai le même
achat.

J'ai acheté deux modèles zoom et deux modèles 4MP il y a quelques mois :
installation facile, en filaire comme en wifi. La configuration plutôt complète,
le support répond vite aux questions. Soleil, pluie, vent, grêle, pour l'instant
elles résistent bien. L'image est de bonne qualité, de jour comme de nuit.
