33 Years experience in Pet Food Manufacturing leading Industry 3.0 and Industry
4.0. Directly responsible for an IT organization of 350 people across North
America and Latin America. Direct experience implementing ERP, MES
(Manufacturing Execution System), and Controls systems. Most recently led our
company through a rapid implementation of Industry 4.0 Connected Worker and
ML/AI technologies requiring deployment of 6000 iPads to factory floor
