* My experience with westshore homes was very good with a few upsets but other
than that it was all good Jerry and Tim showed up about 9:40 in the morning
and started demo of the bathroom very friendly finished off half bathroom
vanity toilet and the floor tub didn't come in so they'll finish up tomorrow.
Tomorrow came, Tim and Jerry was here early 8:15 to finish the bathroom so
around 9:00 a.m. they were told the wrong tub was sent so Tim had to go back
to the warehouse and Pinellas Park an hour away to get the right one so we
waited for Tim to come back with the right tub. My bathroom is beautiful
except one problem my agent and I had a misunderstanding about the tub bar he
didn't understand what I was talking about so needless to say I don't get my
tub bar unless I want to pay for one. So needless to say I don't get my bar
that's over my tub but I do get my towel rack and my entry bar but other than
that all in all it turned out. Tim and Jerry was great very helpful with any
questions I asked they did a beautiful job if I had another bathroom I would
request Tim and Jerry to come and do it and we'll make sure all my questions
are answered with my agent so there isn't any misunderstandings but I love
it, it's beautiful thank you westshore home for sending Tim and Jerry out. (I
still would like to get a bar for my New tub to be sure that I don't slip
getting out.)
My experience with westshore homes was very good with a few upsets but other
than that it was all good Jerry and Tim showed up about 9:40 in the morning
and started demo of the bathroom very friendly finished off half bathroom
vanity toilet and the floor tub didn't come in so they'll finish up tomorrow.

came out on a Saturday morning and took the time to explain the scope of the
work and all of the details.We came to an agreement and the work was
scheduled less than a month out. The installers, Jaikwon and Zach (from the
Dallas branch) did an amazing job installing our new shower.They took the
time to check with us for every detail, worked tirelessly through a long day,
and cleaned up well after the work was completed.They were friendly and

* We had Westshore do a tub to shower replacement a few week ago.What a great
job!! It brings so much light into the room.The shower is very spacious.The
first crew, Wendell and Richard was on time,fully explained to me what was
about to take place.Then they started.We have an older house so there was a
few hiccups with the drain.Wendell was on top of it though.A second crew ,
Jaye and Hunter pulled up to help so it could be finished the same day.They
were all a great group of guys, working together as team.We need more of that
these days.They all said we know it is your only bathroom so we had to get it
done for you the same day.We love it.Thank you Westshore!
