課程簡介
中醫的負壓罐法與刮痧療法通過經絡腧穴，對神經、體液產生作用引起人體反應，從而調整血液循環，加快新陳代謝，促進組織的修復，調節神經系統功能，提高免疫功能，消除致病因素，改善病理過程，達到防病健體目的。

課程學習成效：
完成課程後，學生應能夠：
1. 闡述負壓罐法及刮痧法對亞健康的調理作用；
2. 正確操作負壓罐法；
3. 運用刮痧防治常見病；
4. 應用負壓罐防治常見病。
課程內容包括：
* 中醫基礎理論與經絡腧穴的基本概念
* 負壓罐法及刮痧法對亞健康的調理
* 負壓罐法的原理與操作方法
* 刮痧的原理與操作方法
* 負壓罐法及刮痧法防治常見病
修讀時數：共40小時
學員修畢課程，上課出席率達70% 或以上，通過所有筆試及操作考核，並取得合格成績，可按香港大學體制，經香港大學專業進修學院頒授「證書（單元 :
負壓罐法與刮痧的養生保健療法）」。
學員在全部評核中：
1. 若筆試或操作考核其中一項不合格，可准予重考，須繳付重考費用。若重考不合格，須重修，並繳付重修學費。
2. 若全部評核不合格，須重修，並繳付重修學費。
如遇特殊情況，本院保留調整課程/科目細則（如上課時間、地點、任教導師、學費等）的權利。

親身報名/郵遞
報讀新課程
1. 凡以「先到先得」為取錄方式的課程，請填妥SF26報名表，親往報名中心或以郵遞方式連同學費以及所需證明文件呈交。

2. 申請學歷頒授及專業課程可能需要其他資料，報名表可向報名中心或有關課程負責人索取。填妥申請表格後，請連同報名費/學費以及所需證明文件親往報名中心或以郵遞方式遞交。
報讀同一學歷頒授課程內其他單元
1. 學院為學歷頒授課程特設「註冊及學費通知」，適用於一般學歷頒授課程。
2. 課程負責人會為學員送上「註冊及學費通知」(「通知」)，請填妥有關「通知」，並親往報名中心或以郵遞方式，遞交「通知」及繳交所需費用。
有關繳費詳情，請參閱付款方法。如對報名程序有任何疑問，請詳閱個別課程資料，或聯絡有關課程負責人或報名中心。
課程/科目報名注意事項:
1. 選用網上報名服務必須在已接駁互聯網及支援JavaScript程式瀏覽器的電腦上進行。建議選用Google Chrome瀏覽器。
2. 申請人不應閒置申請超過10分鐘。否則，申請人必須重新開始整個申請程序。
3. 網上報名只支援「提早報讀優惠」。如需享用其他報讀優惠，請親臨學院的報名中心報名。
4. 在網上報名過程中，由於提交課程申請和付款在系統處理上為兩個不同的程序，成功付款並不保證成功被獲取錄。任何不成功的申請，課程組職員將儘快與 閣下聯絡。
5. 申請人應注意，不論親身或網上報讀，相同的課程/科目只可提交一次申請。
6. 在網上報名過程中，付款成功後，網頁將顯示付款確認。另外，確認電子郵件亦會發送到 閣下的電子郵件帳戶。請保留確定回條作日後查詢用途。
7. 除特殊情況(例如課程因報名人數不足而被取消)及法例規定外，一切已繳費用，概不退還。
8. 如須甄選入學，則正式收據並不可作為 閣下已獲取錄的證明。學院將在截止報名日期後儘快通知申請者是否獲取錄。落選的申請人將獲退還已繳交的學費。

付款方法
1. 現金、「易辦事」（EPS）、微信支付(WECHAT PAY) 或支付寶(ALIPAY)
申請人可親臨學院任何一所報名中心，以現金、「易辦事」、微信支付（WeChat Pay）或支付寶（Alipay） 繳付學費。
2. 支票或銀行本票
如以劃線支票或銀行本票繳付，抬頭請註明「香港大學專業進修學院」。支票背面請寫上課程名稱及申請人姓名。 閣下可：
* 親臨學院各報名中心遞交劃線支票、報名表格及有關證明文件；
* 或可將上述文件一併寄交各報名中心，信封上請註明「報讀課程」，惟學院對郵遞失誤而遺失的支票及個人資料概不負責。
3. VISA / MASTERCARD
申請人可親臨學院任何一所報名中心，以 VISA 或 Mastercard（包括「香港大學專業進修學院
Mastercard卡」）繳付學費。香港大學專業進修學院Mastercard卡持有人，如報讀課程滿港幣2,000元，可享有十個月免息分期付款優惠，惟課程申請人必須為信用卡持有人。詳情請向學院報名中心職員查詢。
4. 網上繳費服務
大部份公開招生的課程（以先到先得形式報名）及個別學歷頒授課程提供網上報名/註冊服務，申請人可在網上使用「繳費靈」（不適用於手機）、VISA或Mastercard繳付有關課程的報名費或學費。除上述支付方式之外，如就讀學歷頒授課程設有網上服務，學員亦可以微信支付（Online
WeChat Pay）、支付寶（Online Alipay）或轉數快（FPS）繳付學費，詳情請參閱報名辦法 - 網上報名服務。
注意事項:
* 如報讀課程將在五個工作天內開課，為免郵遞延誤報名程序，建議申請人親身到學院報名中心報名，並避免使用支票付款。
* 除由學院裁定的特殊情況（例如課程因報名人數不足而取消）之外，一切已繳費用概不退還。如獲學院批准退還款項，以現金、易辦事、微信支付、支付寶、支票或繳費靈（只限網上付款）方式繳交之款項，將以支票退款；以信用卡繳交之款項，退款將直接退還到支付款項時使用的信用卡戶口。
* 除本學院網頁所列明的學費外，個別課程或有其他額外收費，詳情請聯絡有關學科職員。
* 學費及學額不得轉讓他人。一經取錄，學員不得轉讀其他課程，惟學院對特殊情況，可酌情處理。轉讀申請一經批准，學員須繳付港幣120元手續費。
* 學院對郵遞失誤而遺失的支票或本票、付款收據或個人資料，概不負責。
* 若學員有意申請付款證明書，請把填妥之申請表、貼上足夠郵資的回郵信封、連同劃線支票交回本學院。每張收據申請費用為港幣30
元。支票抬頭註明「香港大學專業進修學院」。
