SIGN IN

In order to safeguard your My FAMLI+ Employer account, you will need to sign in
with Login.gov which provides multi-factor authentication to the login process.
Multi-factor authentication simply means the use of more than one method to
verify that a user is who they claim to be and adds an additional layer of
security.

Attention Employers - You can now add the point of contact information for your
organization's HR Benefit Manager in My FAMLI+ Employer. This designated contact
will receive documentation when employees apply for FAMLI leave. If an employer
does not have a designated HR Benefits point of contact in My FAMLI+Employer,
employee benefit documentation will be sent to the main mailing address listed
on the account.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


EMPLOYERS / THIRD-PARTY ADMINISTRATORS

All Colorado employers are required to register with FAMLI. Within your account
you will be able to submit quarterly wage reports, remit premium payments, and
apply for a private plan exemption.

Registration Requirements
You must have the following information available during registration:
 * Identification information (FEIN)

LOCAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYERS

All local government employers are also required to register with FAMLI. Within
your account, you will be able to notify the FAMLI Division of resolutions to
opt out, submit quarterly wage reports and remit premium payments.

Registration Requirements
You must have the following information available during registration:
 * Identification information (FEIN)

If your local government has voted to opt out of the program, please have your
notification letters detailing the date and outcome of your vote available to
upload.

SELF EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS

Self-employed individuals can voluntarily opt into the FAMLI program if they
wish to do so. To opt in, you will need to register and create a FAMLI account.
There is no registration deadline as self-employed individuals can opt in any
time. However, once you opt in, there is a commitment to participate in the
program for a minimum of three years.

Registration Requirements
You must have the following information available during registration:
 * Identification information (FEIN, SSN, or ITIN)
