    cryptocurrency via Simplex on BitKeep OTC are eligible for a 50% discount on
    the transaction fee. A minimum transaction of 50 USD is required for the
    discount to apply.
 2. The maximum discount limit for the first transaction is 20,000 USD.
 3. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.



Please download and install the latest version of the BitKeep App.

All BitKeep users (excluding mainland China) can use BitKeep OTC to purchase
cryptocurrency through Simplex. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to buy
cryptocurrency via Simplex on BitKeep OTC:

 1. Download and launch the BitKeep App, click “Buy” then “Buy Crypto”.
 2. On the crypto purchase page, choose your preferred cryptocurrency and its
    respective network. You also have the option to select the type of fiat
    currency for payment.

 3. From the drop-down box, select your preferred cryptocurrency followed by its
    respective network. Then, enter the purchase amount and choose your
    preferred fiat currency for payment.
 4. Click “Next”, select “Simplex” as the payment channel, and click “Go to
    Simplex”.

 5. You will be redirected to the Simplex payment page. Fill in your credit card
    details, agree to the terms, and click “Next” to proceed.
 6. Enter your personal information such as address, email address, date of
    birth, etc. Tap “PAY NOW”, enter the verification code received via email,
    and click “CONTINUE”.

 7. Choose your preferred fiat currency for payment, and upload your passport or
    other relevant documents for KYC verification. Upon completion, you can
    proceed with the transaction.
 8. On the Simplex payment page, the 50% discounted transaction fee will be
    shown. After completing the payment, return to your BitKeep Wallet homepage
    to check your purchased cryptocurrency.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1. If your first payment fails due to network issues or other non-human
    factors, the 50% discount will still be valid until your first successful
    purchase.
 2. Any unlawful arbitrage activities, such as malicious card swiping or
    registering multiple accounts, will lead to a ban from using Simplex
    services.
 3. BitKeep reserves the final interpretation of this event. Participants found
    using improper means, or cheating will be disqualified immediately.
