Typical assignments we specialise on are bespoke team build outs to senior
C-Suite appointments in Finance & Legal with a focus on two key areas:  

 * Aviation Leasing and 

 * Treasury & Tax



We work on both individual senior hires and bespoke senior team build outs and
provide psychometric assessment as well as senior executive coaching as part of
our service offering.

 

All of our roles are exclusive or retained Search Assignments, where we use our
extensive network to reach passive candidates. Depending on client preference,
they are discreet searches and managed via bespoke confidential outreaches or
advertised and co-branded.
