What is a Pledge pool?

The Pledge pool involves multiple participants,who participate in the pledge
together as a verifier.It can pool the user's tokens and thus have a greater
chance of being selected as the verifier and receiving the pledge reward, which
will be distributed to all participants in proportion to their holdings.

Token Max Staking addresses the problem of liquidity by Staking.Staking with a
quick unstaking feature that allows users to unlock their pledged assets
instantly.In a quick unstaking model,Token Max allows Staking to be taken back
without waiting for an unstaking period.Realize instant receipt.


1.ETH2.0 Staking is a service that helps users simplify running nodes based on
ETH2.0 system Staking.There is no mandatory 32ETH requirement,and liquidity
release is also carried out for ETH locked in the warehouse.

2.Participate in Eth2.0 pledge,minimum participation amount is 0.05ETH digital
asset USDT pledge.

3.The current minimum withdrawal limit is 0.05,and the maximum withdrawal limit
per user is 3200ETH per day.After applying for withdrawal,the withdrawal will be
processed in a centralized manner every 48 hours.Exit will charge a certain
handling fee according to the time formula;Pledge reward received by end
users=number of digital assets allowed to exit-exit fee-Transfer GAS fee

4.Token Max will charge users 10%of the pledge reward as the service fee,and
users will receive the amount of pledge reward per day after deducting 10%of the
service fee.

5.The pledge reward income shall be settled every hour;Pledge reward will be
distributed two hours after participating in pledge.

6.Participate in Eth2.0 pledge.If a user is invited,he/she will get the node
reward value of the invited user.At the same time get all invited users to
pledge digital assets block income rewards.

7.Slash(node punishment)caused by improper operation of Token Max shall be borne
by Token Max.

Pledge 2.0 User Service Agreement.Eth Pledge 2.0 User Service Agreement

Eth Pledge 2.0 User Service Agreement(hereinafter referred to as"This
Agreement"),please read and understand this Agreement carefully before you
continue to operate on this platform.If you continue to operate through the
Platform or use the Services of the Platform in any way,you are deemed to have
carefully read,understood and agreed to this Agreement.

All contents of Token Max are available in multiple languages for the
convenience of users.In case of conflict or omission,the English content shall
prevail.


Special note:Virtual currency has high risks.Token Max only provides simplified
service of node pledge.Due to the instability of ETH,you are not encouraged or
encouraged to purchase ETH currency for pledge.

Definition of Definitie

1.1 Ethereum (Eth) is a proof-of-work (POW) block chain network. Eth2.0 is the
proof-of-stake (PoS) version of the Ethereum mainnet. He introduced sharding
technology, and the whole process is divided into Phase0 (beacon chain), Phase 1
(sharding), Phase 2 (smart contract), Phase 3 (link state storage), and Phase 4
(smart contract).

1.2 Eth 2.0 Staking is an implementation of Eth Staking. Token Max is a
simplified service based on Eth 2.0 systems Staking. There is no mandatory
pledge of 32ETH, and the ETH locked in the warehouse is released.

1.3 Handling fee refers to the user who uses the digital asset withdrawal
function provided by Venly mining and must pay a certain fee to the Platform.

Eth 2.0 Pledge Rules

Any pledge, withdrawal or use of the Platform services by you on Venly mining
shall be deemed to have been carefully read, understood and agreed to the
Product Rules. Which are as follows;

2.1 Minimum participation amount 0.05ETH digital asset USDT pledge.

2.2 For the first time, the pledge reward will be distributed from two hours
after participating in the pledge, and every hour after that.

2.3 Each user can withdraw at least 0.05 ETH per day and at most 32000ETH per
day. After applying for withdrawal, it will be returned every 48 hours. Exit
will charge a certain handling fee according to the time formula; Pledge reward
received by end users = number of digital assets allowed to exit - exit fee -
Transfer GAS fee.

2.4 Actual income depends on the actual pledge of Eth2.0 main network.

2.5 Participate in Eth2.0 pledge. If a user is invited, he/she will get a user
node reward value. The more users are invited, the higher the reward value is,
the higher the income will be. At the same time, get all invited users to pledge
the digital asset block income reward.

Eth 2.0 Pledge Rules

3.1 If the user loses his/her private key, mnemonic, password or account private
key, loses the control of the account and cannot withdraw or receive rewards,
the loss caused shall be borne by the user himself/herself.

3.2 If users do not understand the Eth2.0 mechanism or have not read the
Agreement carefully, resulting in misunderstanding of the rules of the Product,
the Platform shall have the right to reject the application for interests
outside the rules.

Declaration of liability and release of liability

4.1 It is forbidden to use the Platform to engage in money laundering,
smuggling, supporting terrorist activities, commercial bribery and any other
illegal trading activities or anti-human activities. Venly mining does not
assume all liabilities arising therefrom and reserves the right to pursue
liabilities from relevant knowledge.

4.2 As a result of your actions, the Platform has suffered losses (including
your own direct economic losses, reputation losses and indirect economic losses
such as compensation, attorney's fees and legal costs). You shall indemnify the
Platform for all the losses mentioned above.

4.3 Users apply for time deposit, the length of the time deposit cycle are
considered fifteen days, users need to extend the time deposit cycle please take
the initiative to contact customer service.User's time deposit period and bonus.

The user's time deposit period is 15 days, 30% of the time deposit amount will
be rewarded

The user's time deposit period of 30 days ,60% of the time deposit amount will
be rewarded

The user's time deposit period of 45 days,100% of the time deposit amount will
be rewarded

The user's time deposit period of 60 days,160% of the time deposit amount will
be rewarded

Note: The time deposit bonus will be issued at the end of the user's time
deposit.

be obtained at the same time as the regular pledge income.Daily pledge rewards
