information and intimate date nights for you and your partner. Together you'll
learn about how to build connection with hands-on support, words of affirmation,
and deep conversations so you can work through the challenges of labor as a

VIRTUAL CHILDBIRTH CLASS



In Birthing from Within class you'll learn about the stages of labor and common
procedures that come up in birth. You and your partner will learn how to cope
with the intensity of birth, how to give excellent labor support, and how to
prepare to face the unknown with courage and self-compassion. You'll also get
FREE access to The Hormone of Love virtual class ($97 value). These classes can
be taken any time during pregnancy.

VIRTUAL BIRTHING AGAIN CLASS



The Birthing Again class is specially designed for couples who are expecting
Baby #2+ together. These classes will help get the skills and knowledge needed
to face birth as a unified team, and prepare your older child(ren) to welcome a
