LYNCH FAMILY LEGACY SCHOLARSHIP

LYNCH FAMILY LEGACY SCHOLARSHIPS

The Lynch Family Legacy Scholarships are offered to high school seniors from
public or private schools in the Denver and greater Colorado area.  Four
renewable scholarships worth up to $24,000 (up to $6,000 / year) are presented
to high school senior student-athletes.  Recipients are chosen based on
academics, athletics, community involvement, financial need, leadership, and
other intangible qualities.  Applicants must participate in a varsity sport
their senior year, however, they do not need to be participating in sports at
the collegiate level.

All applications must be submitted through this online submission format.  The
application process will close on Sunday, March 31, 2024 at 12:00 A.M. MST.  In
mid April, ten finalists will be selected to participate in personal interviews.
 From that pool, the four recipients will be chosen and awarded the
scholarships.

The Lynch Family Legacy Scholarships are awarded through the John Lynch
Foundation and to date $1.69 million has been presented to high school seniors.
The John Lynch Foundation was founded in 1998 and is committed to developing
leaders by:

 * Encouraging dreams
 * Providing programs that assist and motivate
 * Recognizing achievement and excellence
