With the arrival of the Winter season, a new Seasonal Pet has appeared for the
year of 2024!

 * The ingredients to make the hatching item can be found in Pai, Agnes, and
   Oran's shops' Bonus Prize pools.
 * The item alchemy recipe is available in your recipe book and shown above.
 * This Seasonal Pet will remain in the shops for 3 months and rotate out at the
   end of February to be replaced by a pet for the next season.
 * Seasonal pets are obtainable annually on a rotation! The hatching items can
   be alchemized at any time of the year.
   



2023 Winter Shard Pets
The Winter Shards from 2023 have returned to Pai and Agnes' Shops this year at a
flat rate of 500 turnips, and Oran's Bonus Claim. Alchemize 2 Winter Ribbon + 3
Winter Potion to create the Winter Chalice hatching item!


2022 Winter Shard Pets
The Winter Shards from 2022 have returned to Pai and Agnes' Shops this year at a
flat rate of 500 turnips, and Oran's Bonus Claim. Alchemize 3 Winter Seed + 1
Winter Soil + a Mixer Potion to create the Winter Fruit hatching item!


2021 Winter Shard Pets
The Winter Shards from 2021 have returned to Pai and Agnes' Shops this year at a
flat rate of 500 turnips, and Oran's Bonus Claim. Alchemize all 4 Shards + a
Mixer Potion to create the Winter Stone hatching item!


Much to everyone's jubilation, the Carnival has returned!
Visit the snowy northern region to begin your festivities.

Magdalene's seasonal quest is back for the month, along with an event shop
containing Ombra's items!

 * You can start the quest "Among Fallen Leaves" by going to 3's Forest and
   clicking on Magdalene.
 * There are 3 quests in total: Among Fallen Leaves, Search the Shadowed
   Path (Repeatable, available throughout the month), and Returning to
   Magdalene's Cottage
 * Magdalene's Autumn Bazaar is open again for the month of November!
 * Stocked are Ombra's items, with a new item available this year.
 * Ombra's seasonal currency "Wild Forage Snacks" can be obtained from
   Magdalene's repeatable seasonal quest "Search the Shadowed Path" as well as
   through Random Encounters, Adventuring, and 3's Forest Clean Up.

Here's our current progress on the upcoming Vaer Reef Balancing update!

We're aiming for either late this month or some time in December for the release
of this update. We're plotting some event mechanics to go with the launch of our
final town rebalancing, so look forward to some teasers at some point!

CREATIVITY CONTEST RESULTS
We had the privilege of judging the many submissions to our first Nico's
Creativity Contest recently. Feel free to peruse the winning entries here!

CUSTOM STATUS
Our current custom's batch is a little behind at the moment. This is just an
update to say that they're on the way in the next few days! There were some
minor delays over the last few months which lead to an overlap of deadlines.

UPCOMING THINGS
After our upcoming Vaer Rebalancing, we're going to be continuing with our work
on the Trades Market as well as shifting back into gear for our remaining deity
event stories as well as new towns and areas. We're looking forward to showing
you what's to come!

NICO'S ATELIER & SALON UPDATE!



Hello everyone! We're excited to announce a Nico's Atelier & Salon update! We've
added 98 new items in total. Both shops now stock at random times every 30
minutes or so, rather than on the dot every hour.

AUTUMN MINI UPDATE!


Hello everyone! We're here to bring you a small update of new Autumn items as
well as Forum Game Poll results!


8 new items have arrived for the autumn season at Nico's Prize Boutique!




FORUM GAMES POLL RESULTS
Using the community vote results, voiced feedback, and our own internal
discussions, we have decided to prevent forum games from appearing as latest
forum activity on the front page.

Forum games activity unfortunately floods the recent activities section,
preventing threads aimed at discussion, sales, bug reports, or suggestions from
having a chance to receive more eyes and engagement. We hope to see more threads
receive attention and traffic with this change.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We will have more polls in the future, and
your responses are valuable to us!

PANN SEASONAL QUEST & SHOP
 
The tree of many branches withdraws its roots, to reveal a familiar grove.

 * Speak to Cro in the Grove to begin the seasonal quest "An Unfamiliar Path"
 * There are 3 quests in total, to be unlocked in succession.
 * The repeatable quest can be completed 5 times a day, allowing for progression
   and accumulation of currency.
 * The Grove Goods Shop is stocked with Pann's items and will be open all month,
   taking Grove Treasure as currency!
 * Other than quests, Grove Treasure can also be obtained through Random
   Encounters, Adventuring, and Turnip Thief.
 * Clue - Take note of who you travel with, what paths you take, and at what
   time you take them.

We've accumulated a bunch of item assets over the last year for items that would
be suitable for the Atelier, so it's about time we do another update there.
We'll be compiling this month and getting it ready for the shop!

Markets and will be rolling out some optimization for search speeds this month.
We'll be working on and pushing additional updates to improve the UI and QoL for
the market.

EVENT BACKGROUND WORK
While we're working on all of these permanent updates, we're also brainstorming
and working on future event content in the background when we get the chance!

NICO'S AUTUMN CREATIVITY CONTEST!

FUTURE EVENT PLANS
We were recently asked a good question by our community, so we'd like to
summarize our plans here regarding our current status on new events. You may
have noticed that we haven't had any large scale seasonal Deity events in the
last while, this is because we're focusing on permanent updates in order to
improve on the overall gameplay and permanent content.

Once we've completed our more immediate planned projects (Vaer Balancing,
Tradesmarket updates, etc), our plan is to start events back up and work on
those in tandem with additional permanent updates in the future. Our plan is to
start seasonal events again some time in 2025!

UPCOMING NICO CONTEST
A new Community Manager run Nico Contest will be starting up some time this
month. We hope everyone has fun with it!

Pai, Oran and Agnes' shops will temporarily become unavailable at 12:00AM DVT
DECEMBER 1ST for 30-60 minutes to release the December Monthly Item sets. The
Immaculate Emissary items will become unavailable after this month!


Additionally, the Seasonal Autumn Shards & Hatching Items will be rotating out
of Agnes, Pai, and Oran's shops, to be replaced by new and old seasonal
Winter items!
