WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY?

It is our mission to promote the visibility and leadership of queer women and
gender-nonconforming people (and our allies) in tech. We capture photography and
video and share these images online to achieve our purpose as an organization.

If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, please excuse yourself from
posed group photos or videos and avoid the situations our
photographers/videographers are recording: stages, microphones, tech demos, and
audience Q&A. If you do not want to be photographed or recorded at networking
events, approach photographers/videographers directly to communicate that you do
not want to be photographed or recorded. We aim to respect your privacy while
also representing our community, promoting our people, and showcasing the work
that we do.

Speakers

CAN I VIDEO RECORD MY OWN SESSION?

If you are a confirmed speaker, please reach out to speakers@lesbianswhotech.org
for information regarding recording.

DO SPEAKERS RECEIVE COMPLIMENTARY SUMMIT ADMISSION?

Speakers who work at companies larger than 500 employees are required to
purchase a VIP ticket.

We ask speakers who work for companies with 100-499 employees to purchase a VIP
ticket. These tickets support our Summit programming, our ability to create a
more inclusive Summit and help to cover production costs.

For folks outside a senior leadership role, who are uncomfortable asking their
company to cover the cost of their ticket, please email us
at speakers@lesbianswhotech.org for assistance navigating budget conversations.
We do make exceptions, however, we ask to work together to highlight the value
for your company.

HOW & WHEN DO I CANCEL MY SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT FOR SUMMIT?

Please email speakers@lesbianswhotech.org. Please provide us with as much notice
as possible.

media platform of your choice. Be on the lookout for social media graphics from
us.
