Handpicked after a spell of rain in the mountains and rolled at medium pressure
the brisk summer cup of mixed clonal picked from an average elevation of 4500
ft, is light-bodied with delicious fruity notes. The palate is suffused with a
distinct texture with accents of grapefruit and cantaloupes. The cup finishes on
notes of cedar making each sip of this exquisite tea a distinguished experience
of Summer Harvest '22!

Pronounced note of cantaloupe, grapefruit, hint of honeysuckle along with notes
of cedar

TASTE
A light-bodied, pleasantly supple cup which starts with a soft, floral texture
and gradually evolves to reveal delectable tones of grapefruit interlaced with
mellow accents of cantaloupe, rendering greater depth and variety to the liquor.
Furtive grapey tones are discernible around the edges which however ebb to
finish on exquisite tones of cedar. A treat for the discerning palate !

I am having a cup of Darjeeling Ruby as I write this. It has become my favourite
since I received my order a few days ago. I am enjoying the light, fresh flavour
as my first tea of the day, before breakfast. The flavour is just enough to say
"Good Morning", and wake me to the day gently, and I love the smooth texture and
taste!

The tea is excellent, a brisk morning tea. I prefer the Himalayan Wine or
Makaibari for evening, but this one just lights up the morning. A suggestion to
the teabox team, can you please make the packaging a bit more colourful, maybe
different colours for the different packets ( I tend to order two or three at a
time, 100gm packs).

It is awesome, it is a wonderful tea which I have been buying now for quite som
etime. A delicate bouquet, wonderful aroma that wafts as soon as you pour the
liquor. Delicate smell of fresh roses, vanilla is simply mesmerizing. However
you need to be careful with the quantity and steeping time to enjoy one of the
best teas.

This tea is a really calming. But you would have to be very careful with the
time of steeping. It has an amazing taste. So far the best Darjeeling tea.

I have never tasted anything like it! This is the cup you will want when you
wish to relax or soothe away your weary day. Refreshing, just like a bouquet of
flowers. In my opinion the floral flavor dominates the fruity flavor. A must
have! (I steep this one at 88 C for 4 mins)

If darjeeling teas are Champagnes... then this is the Dom Perignon. It is by far
the best tasting tea I have had and I have had a lot...

I normally order and forget about the teas... I looked at invoice and it said
only a third listed here... And since I order whites and greens and blacks... I
was thinking it must be white tea :) so initially I was sad looking at black
like color... And with water it was woody bitterish. And I thought that adding a
dash of milk should eliminate little bitterness. So I went against the
recommendation and added milk. Wow.!!! Simply the best milked tea I ever had.
Rose clearly stands out and bit of complexity. I like to drink tea many time so
low caffeine is welcome bonus.
