Bob Kincheloe (my grandpa) started the business in 1967 he worked for many many years and passed the business along Robert Kincheloe (my father) and now I (Emily Kincheloe) work with my dad in the business, I have been working in the business since 2010. She let me know when she was on her way and gave me a eta on the specific time. She did a great job getting my shed door open. I'd definitely recommend giving her a call if you need her services. David H. Emily came to our house today to fix a loose lock. She was great at communication, friendly and suggested a solution to my dog being able to wiggle door handles and open doors. We feel very secure that our front door will actually stay shut now! Hayley H. Bob replaced my deadbolt on my front door. He called to let me know his availability and was super nice and considerate the entire time. Super quick, thank you so much! Faith S. I had a odd job where a fire valve door needed to be opened as the current lock had no key. They were able to open, rekey and provide copies so we could pass our inspection. Crystal V.
