Absolutely! Couple's Talk is designed to enrich connections, making it perfect
for long-distance relationships. The deck's thoughtful questions can be shared
over phone calls, video chats, or even through messages, allowing you to deepen
your bond and explore each other's thoughts and feelings, regardless of the
miles between you. It's a great way to maintain intimacy and communication,

ARE THE RELATIONSHIP PRODUCTS LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY?

item in our range, including the connection decks are designed to be

like or however you identify, our products are crafted for your enjoyment
without any need for adjustment.


HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the specifics of the
order. For orders placed with "Couple's Talk," you can generally expect your
deck to arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout and
in your confirmation email. If we are backordered, you'll be notified, and
shipping can be delayed up to 30 days. However, domestic orders typically arrive
within 5-7 business days, while international shipping might take 2-3 weeks,
depending on customs processing. If there are any delays or updates regarding
your shipment, we'll make sure to notify you via email. For the most accurate
and up-to-date information, please refer to the shipping details provided with
your order.


HOW DO I SEND A GIFT?

Simply ship the order directly to the recipient.

At this time we don’t offer gift messaging. It is something we are working on
and hope to have available in the future.


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving
your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at hello@cardcraftco.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send
your package (if applicable). Items sent back to us without first requesting a
return will not be accepted. Customer are responsible for providing return
shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


IS THIS A PRE-ORDERS OR BACKORDER?

Occasionally, we provide opportunities to pre-order new products or buy items
that are currently on backorder. For these situations, an estimated delivery
timeframe will be displayed.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will get an email containing your
tracking details.

Should there be any delay in shipping your order, we will send you an email to
keep you informed about the status.
