   If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns within 5 days of

    * Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
    * Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they

      process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

      is adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.
    * Once we receive the returned item(s), or gift box and verify its
      eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business
