HAM PROJECTS

4 LANING OF NH 544D FROM EXISTING KM 346.300 OF NH 44 (DESIGN CHAINAGE KM 0.000)
TO KM 39.380 (DESIGN CHAINAGE KM 37.000) OF ANANTAPUR – MUCHUKOTA SECTION ON
HYBRID ANNUITY MODE UNDER NH (O), IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH

PROJECT LOCATION MAP

The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development,
maintenance and management of 4 Laning of NH 544D from existing Km 346.300 of NH
44 (Design Chainage Km 0.000) to Km 39.380 (Design Chainage Km 37.000) of
Anantapur – Muchukota section on Hybrid Annuity Mode under NH (O), in the state
of Andhra Pradesh. Which shall be partly financed by the Concessionaire who
shall recover its investment and costs through payments to be made by the
Authority, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the
Concession Agreement entered into.

The Alignment of the project road starts at Km 0/000 of NH-544D (NH-44 near
existing Km 346.300) and runs through nearby villages namely, Somaladoddi,
Podaralla, Govindapalle, Janthuluru, Siddampeta, Bodigandidoddi, Chedulla,
Peravali, Venkatampalle and ends near Muchukota at Km 37/000 of NH-544D. The
total length of the project stretch is 36.846 Km. which runs through Anantapur.



M/s SRC Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd., has promoted and incorporated M/s SRC Infra
Anantapur - Muchukota HAM Private Limited., a limited liability company as the
Concessionaire to undertake and perform the obligations and exercise the rights
of the selected bidder under the LOA for executing the project. The Concession
Agreement (CA) between the concessionaire and NHAI was signed on 18.01.2023. The
Concessionaire has achieved Financial Closure (FC) on 05.06.2023 and the
Appointed Date was declared by the Authority as 23.07.2023.

The Concessionaire has appointed M/s SRC Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd., as the
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractor and signed EPC
contract on 19.01.2023.



Global Infra Solutions Jv Artefact Projects Ltd. in association with MS
Consultant, Bhopal Support staff of IE mobilized for supervision of regular
project activities.

NHAI has appointed M/s ARMENGE Engineering Private Limited, Jaipur as the Safety
Consultant for the Project.

CONTRACTUAL PROJECT MILESTONES AS PER – SCHEDULE ‘G’ OF C.A.

FOLLOWING IS A LISTING OF THE KEY PROJECT MILESTONES:

Milestone Description Target Date Milestone-I Concessionaire shall expend not
less than 20% of the Total capital cost and shall have commenced construction of
the project and achieved 20% of physical progress on 150th day from the
Appointed Date. 20.12.2023 Milestone-II Concessionaire shall expend not less
than 35% of the Total capital cost and shall have commenced construction of the
project and achieved 35% of physical progress on 330th day from the Appointed
Date. 17.06.2024 Milestone-III Concessionaire shall expend not less than 75% of
the Total capital cost and shall have commenced construction of the project and
achieved 75% of physical progress on 510th day from the Appointed Date.
14.12.2024 Scheduled Completion Date Concessionaire shall have completed the
Project on 730th day from the Appointed Date. 22.07.2025
