HOW TO GET HERE

There are a number of airports where you can fly into Bhutan from
(Bangkok,Delhi, Kolkata, Bagdogra, Bodh Gaya, Dhaka, Kathmandu, Guwahati,
Singapore and Mumbai.). At present two carriers operate to Bhutan, Drukair and
Bhutan Airlines.

Also, there are three land border crossings which you can travel into the
kingdom overland. All crossings are along the Indian border only –
Phuentsholing, Gelephu and Samdrup Jongkhar. All travel arrangements to Bhutan
must be made through a local tour operator like us who will make all the
necessary arrangements for you.

   constantly improves his service. He chooses the best guides, drivers and
   vehicles. His attention to detail extends to the camping equipment used on
   our trek — on earlier treks the camping equipment was basic, but now he
   provides walk-in tents with comfortable camp beds, electric lights, and
   wonderful food prepared by a chef from one of Bhutan’s leading hotels.
   
   Such constant improvement is important, since the travel industry in Bhutan
   is going through some difficult times, and the standard of guides and drivers
   varies.
   
   Tashi is smart, approachable, and efficient. He is a wonderful communicator,
   and knows the travel business well — he did a graduate degree in travel
   management at an Australian university.
   
   He is flexible — he understands our requests and makes sure that our trips
   meet our needs.
   
   During our most recent visit, in November 2022, we travelled with three other
   couples, all experienced travelers. Each couple had some special requests
   regarding interests and itineraries, and Tashi made sure everything went
   smoothly. They too were delighted with Tashi’s service.

   emails exuded warmth and a sincere desire to ensure a memorable experience in
   his country. He was always responsive and designed an itinerary that

   considerations. I fully appreciate the difference exceptional staffing makes
   in one’s experience of a place, and so was also fortunate to be traveling
   with Yeshey and Phuntsho, my buoyant guide and exceptional driver. In
   addition to imparting knowledge and providing enjoyable company, they eased
   the way throughout, taking care of all the mundane aspects of travel and

   designed an... read more initial 8 day itinerary, which we were able to tweak
   according to our priorities, logistics and circumstances. It was perfect.
   We met in Thimphu and had a delightful dinner together. Intuitively
   understanding and translating our wishes into reality. I revisited Bhutan
   after 22 years. It was my husband's first trip. Our guide Yeshi & Topgay our
   driver, were the highlight meeting us at Paro Airport. There's nothing
   compared to a local's knowledge to provide such service.
   
   So kind, entertaining, funny, efficient, helpful, flexible, punctual and
   responsible. Willing to go the extra mile for our wellbeing, whims and

   now a special friend. He taught us so much about the rich beauty and history

   food to the culture to the history, and beauty of this amazing county, Tahsi
