1. The $60 savings is a waiving of our $60 connection fee. Offer applicable
online only on Mobility orders for smartphones, connected devices (ie.

Mobility consumer accounts only. Offer not applicable to Business,
Corporate or EPP account types.
2. Additional $10/month discount available to TELUS or Koodo Mobility
post-paid customers who subscribe to TELUS home Internet 15 or faster
plans. The additional $10/month discount will be applied to the Home
Services bill for 24 months (or as long as the eligibility requirements are
met). Eligibility for TV plans may vary by customer address. Final
eligibility for the services will be determined by a TELUS representative.

3. Devices purchased on the Bring-It-Back program must be returned in good
working condition or you will be responsible for the difference between the
Bring-It-Back program amount and the lower trade-in value for a device that
is not in good working condition. Trade-in standards published at the time
a device is returned will apply. Applicable sales taxes are due at time of
purchase on the full purchase price. You will not be charged tax on the
Bring-It-Back Program Amount if you choose to keep your device and pay back
the Bring-It-Back Program Amount at, or before, the end of the 24 month
term. Bring-It-Back program is only available while you subscribe to
mobility service. If mobility service is cancelled before the end of the
term, the Bring-It-Back Program Amount will be charged to your TELUS bill.
4. Subject to approved credit with a 24-month TELUS Easy Payment® agreement
(0% APR) on any in-market plan with data and voice included. TELUS Easy
Payment® balance will be repaid over a 24 month period via equal monthly
payments. Payment of any outstanding TELUS Easy Payment® balance due upon
termination, or account transfer. Applicable taxes are calculated based on
the total no term price less any device discounts and must be paid in full
at the time of purchase. Pay-per-use charges (including long distance,
roaming and additional airtime or data) are extra.
5. Up to $460 trade in credit available to TELUS wireless customers who
activate or renew on an iPhone smartphone on a 2 year plan and who trade in
an eligible device. Trade-in an iPhone 13 Pro Max valued at $460. Devices
traded online will receive Trade-in value in bill credits. Limit of one
trade in per customer. Trade-in value will be confirmed upon in-store
evaluation. In-store trade in credits have no cash value, are
non-transferable and can only be used when activating or renewing service
in the TELUS store where the device was traded in at the time of the trade
in. Products purchased using in-store trade in credits cannot be returned
for full cash value. All trade-ins are final. The trade in transfers all
rights in the device to HYLA Mobile ULC or TELUS Retail Limited (d.b.a.
Mobile Klinik) and waives any claim against TELUS, Mobile Klinik and HYLA
Mobile ULC with respect to the device or the trade in program. The trade-in
program is available in Canada only and may be cancelled at any time
without notice. Trade-In value is dependent on the condition of the device
being traded in.
6. Offer available to new or renewing customers on a 5G+ Premium Unlimited
rate plan. $8/mo Stream+ discount will apply from month 1-12. At month 13,
regular pricing applies. Offer and regular pricing subject to change
without notice. Subscriptions available to Canadian TELUS customers with at
least one TELUS service and not currently subscribed to Stream+.
Eligibility may vary for customers in certain regions due to their
connection type. Stream+ Basic includes: Netflix Standard with Ads, Amazon
Prime, Disney+ Standard with Ads and TELUS TV+. Regular price for Stream+
Basic is $20.00 plus applicable taxes. Stream+ Premium includes: Netflix
Premium, Amazon Prime (ad supported), Disney+ Premium. Regular price for
Stream+ Premium is $38.00 plus applicable taxes. Offer cannot be combined
with other promotional offers. Account activation with Netflix, Amazon and
Disney (the “Provider(s)”) is required and your use of these services is
subject to each Provider’s applicable terms and conditions and privacy

11. Open Enrollment offer valid from April 8, 2024 to May 25, 2024. Some
limitations and exclusions apply. Monthly plan price is $15/month plus
applicable taxes. Coverage provides protection beyond your device’s 1-year
manufacturer’s warranty which covers against defects in workmanship and
materials as a result of normal use. Cracked screen repair may be available
for eligible devices in select areas. Deductibles/Service fees may apply.

18. For every successful referral made between May 1 - June 30, 2024, we will
plant 1 tree, up to a maximum of 500 trees. Referral process must be
completed in its entirety (referrals must be sent and claimed and new
service must be activated and completed) between May 1 - June 30,2024. No
tax receipts will be provided to customers for any trees planted as a
result of this initiative.
19. Referees who activate a phone with TELUS Mobility will receive a total of
$50 in bill credit for a successful referral. The person who referred them
will also receive a $<50/75> bill credit (limit of 6 successful referrals
max total value $<300/450> per calendar year). In order to be eligible for
this bill credit, the referee must activate a new Telus account. TELUS
Mobility reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel offer at any time.
