I know we breastfeed to give our babies this nutritious, amazing first food. And for all of us it looks different. You could be a pumping mom, breastfeeding mom, or a combo of both. I want to support you on this journey. Bring an expert's perspective and a watchful eye to see things that have changed since the hospital. I am your cheerleader. I will guide you on what helps increase/decrease your milk supply, helps your baby latch better, and what helps manage your stress level. We will develop a plan for feeding together. I’m hoping to bring joy and enjoyability to this stressful period of life. With little to no sleep you are expected to take on this challenge. The challenge of a very new and daunting task of taking care of another human. Breastfeeding can be instinctual, and beautiful, but not always easy.
