The TIS Integrated eLearning Platform is no-fuss and easy to use, simplifying
how you deliver workplace learning, inductions and onboarding. We have a
substantial library of online and mobile-friendly out-of-the-box workplace
safety, leaders and managers, governance, employee mental health training
courses, and toolbox sessions that cover a wide range of industries to support
your training needs.

All training content is written by safety professionals and is up-to-date with
regular reviews and edits undertaken each year.

If you’re only looking for training videos then this isn’t the platform for you!
The TIS Platform is so much more.

We offer engaging and interactive training, using microlearning, underpinned by
adult learning principles and university research. Our high-quality courses have
in-built robust assessments, certificates and comprehensive reporting that show
you where to focus your efforts while providing a complete audit trail.

The platform offers features including assigning courses to employee groups,
setting pass rates, attaching forms, policies and procedures for sign-off, and
using our webhooks to get the results back into your LMS. The library is
continually growing, but you might need something specific. TIS can also provide
custom-built courses and inductions or customise what we have in the library. We
understand you may have your own videos you’d like to include and we can add
them, keep them private, and develop assessments that filter into the reports.

If you need training in languages other than English, we can accommodate that
too! We already have several courses available in French and Spanish.

Clients use TIS for their online safety induction, as hazard awareness training,
as the theory part of their VOC’s, to confirm compliance, to populate their LMS,
upskill their leaders, managers and supervisors, and as part of their well-being

OUT OF THE BOX TRAINING COURSES

The TIS Platform has a comprehensive library of online safety, leadership,
governance, mental health literacy courses, and toolbox sessions, with detailed
reporting and easy-to-understand analytics.

As a client, you have access to the entire Platform’s library and can pick and
choose the courses you wish to use. The software is stand-alone or can be easily
integrated with your systems, portal or LMS, with results sent back to your
reporting systems.

Many of our clients look for something they can immediately use, and they access
the library for their inductions and refresher training. However, you may prefer
training that is tailored to your organisation’s needs or need a safety
induction. We can also provide Custom Training Content to complement the
library.


WORKPLACE SAFETY TRAINING

Our Safety Training courses use unique 360-degree panoramas of realistic
workplace environments together with e-learning. Employees complete courses
where they identify and control hazards.

The safety microlearning uses animated learning materials and verifies
competencies on workplace hazards. This training is underpinned by the hierarchy
of hazard controls.
