KPA is proud to introduce its online portal. We now enable agents to access in
one place, services that were previously offered across independent systems.

In a leap towards transparency, we are also bringing agents’ customers on board.
Customers can now track consignments and even pay directly for invoices through
a variety of payment options.

TRACEABILITY—VIEWING THE STATUS OF A CONSIGNMENT IS NOW SIMPLIFIED

You’re able to track the status of the consignment as it goes through various
stages by simply using a bill of lading number for your consignment.

THINGS TO NOTE
FOR AGENTS

Agents will access the services through their registered TIN numbers. Through
the portal, agents can perform the following functions:

 * Track consignment
 * Document lodgment to generate a pickup order
 * View and make payments of invoices
 * Track consignment
 * View clients (consignees) attached to current or previous consignments done


THINGS TO NOTE
FOR CUSTOMERS

The consignee can access the portal through eCitizen platform, which will
redirect them to the KPA portal. Through the portal, consignees can perform the
following functions:

 * Track consignment
 * View and make payments of invoices
 * View payment history
 * View Agents attached to current or previous consignments done
